13th Annual Niagara Wine Trail Wine Festival
Niagara Falls, New York
Niagara Falls Convention Center. Receive a keepsake wine glass with your ticket and samples of wine at each of the participating wineries. Lots of local restaurants and food vendors, wine seminars and more!

July 4, 2023  Nathan's Famous International Hot Dog-Eating Contest
Coney Island, New York
The men and women will compete separately for the title of Men's Hot Dog Eating World Champion and Women's Hot Dog Eating World Champion, as well as a $20,000 cash purse for each division. More than 40,000 fans come to the free event, arriving several hours in advance. For these fans, Nathan's Famous produces a pre-show beginning at 10 a.m. that will include a death-defying performance by the Coney Island Strongman and several live bands. Nathan's Famous will also provide a jumbotron to increase visual access for fans.  Attendance: 40,000.

July 8, 2023  Cheddar Cheese Festival: Say Cheese! - Adams, New York
A village wide celebration of the agriculture and cheese making industry in Jefferson County.

July 8-9, 2023  Finger Lakes Wine Festival - Watkins Glen, New York
The Finger Lakes Wine Festival offers the largest showcase of wines produced in New York State with over 90 wineries paired with regional artisans, live music, culinary classes and cooking demonstrations.

July 8-9, 2023  Taste of Buffalo - Buffalo, New York
Nearly 50 restaurants, 7 wineries and over 450,000 invited guests will gather in downtown Buffalo to enjoy "fun by the forkful". One of the region's signature events, the Taste of Buffalo is the largest two-day food festival in the United States.  Attendance: 450,000.

July 14-16, 2023  Galbani Cheese Italian Heritage Festival
Buffalo, New York
The 2nd largest Italian street festival in the country. It is with great pride that we invite you to take in the sights, sounds, food and culture that make the Italian-American experience so very special.
 


 

July 15, 2023  Hamburg's Annual Burgerfest - Hamburg, New York
The festival celebrates Hamburg's claim as "birthplace of the hamburger".  *Live music on the main stage noon to 11 p.m. *Rotary Club of Hamburg-KeyBank BurgerFest Car Cruise, Main Street *Kids Space and Magic on Main Street-activities, music, dance & more *Arts and crafts, businesses and not-for-profits on Main and Buffalo Streets *Food trucks and restaurants *Judging for best burgers, delicious, creative food *Beer/wine tent.

July 16, 2023  Annual Troy Pig Out - Troy, New York
The annual Troy Pig Out challenges barbeque masters from across the Northeast to duke it out for the top prize in the categories of: Best Pulled Pork, Best BBQ Chicken, Best Pork Rib, Best Beef Brisket, Grand Champion, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que People's Choice Pork Rib contest, Mayor’s Choice, and more.  The Troy Pig Out is an official Empire State competition sanctioned by New York’s Governor Andrew Cuomo, citing New York pride in its place as the site of events that highlight the state and its tradition of excellence in offering unique foods and specialty dishes often based upon tried and true recipes that have endured through the generations.

July 24-August 20, 2023  NYC Restaurant Week - New York, New York
Your eating choices in New York City are as limitless as your cravings. Want a 15-course tasting menu at the latest trendsetting restaurant? A porterhouse for two at an old-timey steakhouse? A plateful of Chinese dumplings? The City has thousands of places featuring cuisines from around the world.

July 25-30, 2023  148th Broome County Fair - Whitney Point, New York
The annual Broome County Fair continues to be the premier agricultural festival for the Southern Tier. Located in Whitney Point, NY, the Fair welcomes the young and the young at heart to enjoy all that the week-long festival has to offer. The Fair provides a unique educational opportunity for all festival-goers. The fairgrounds are home to an impressive lineup of entertaining events, deliciously sweet and savory foods, contests and livestock auctions (just to name a few).

July 28-29, 2023  Northeast Jazz & Wine Festival - Syracuse, New York
A Syracuse Artsweek Festival, the Northeast Jazz & Wine Festival is a 17-hour celebration of fine music, food, drink and fun!  Attendance: 15,000.

July 30, 2023  Annual Austerlitz Blueberry Festival
Austerlitz, New York
Sponsored by the Austerlitz Historical Society, the festival  will include early 19th century craft demonstrations, live music and of course-lots of blueberries.

The Annual Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival – New York will attract over 20,000 patrons, a mix of professional chefs and home cooks, eager taste-testers, reggae and soca music lovers, dance aficionados, and cultural enthusiasts in the most anticipated event of the year.  Attendance: 20,000.

The French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF) and presenting sponsors Côte d’Azur and Cannes invite you to celebrate Bastille Day at New York’s liveliest summer fête! Join us for a festive afternoon of French food, wine, culture, and entertainment on 60th Street, from Fifth Avenue to Lexington Avenue.  For over 20 years, every July, FIAF has hosted New York’s largest public celebration of France’s national holiday. The day commemorates the storming of the Bastille on July 14, 1789 and the birth of the modern French nation. New York, New York
28 Liberty Street.  This year, we’re taking Good Beer back outside to the plaza. What can you expect? A breezy walk-around tasting where you’ll sample craft brews, hearty food and a mix of other delicious offerings in between, all included in the price of your ticket.

July 22, 2017  Vanderbilt Lobster Fest - Centerport, New York
The Vanderbilt Lobster Fest, the Museum’s 6th annual summer fund-raising event from 6:00 to 10:00 in the Celebration Tent on the Great Lawn overlooking Northport Bay and Long Island Sound. This is the Vanderbilt’s largest fund-raising event and benefits the Museum’s education programs.  The menu offers seafood-lovers’ favorites – from whole steamed lobsters to grilled steak, fresh roasted sweet corn, and fresh pickles, plus wine, beer and soda. A deejay will play music for listening and dancing.  Tickets are $125 per person, $115 for Members (and $1,125 for a table of 10). Purchase tickets on-line at vanderbiltmuseum.org, or call 631-854-5579, Monday through Friday, 10:00-4:00 p.m.

The festival celebrates Lyons' early history as a leader in the peppermint oil industry. Events include Baking Contest, Tractor Show, a parade, entertainment and much more!

July 17, 2016  Summerfest - Ashville, New York
Southern Tier Brewing Company.  Summer is a time to be outside and celebrating the season. Our Summerfest is an afternoon of soaking up the sun, cold beer, tasty food, live music and of course keg bowling.  Admission is free. Food and beer of course are not. It’s a fun and friendly atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon. Doors open at noon, the party ends around 4pm.
