Annual Iowa Hawkeye Farm Show
Cedar Falls, Iowa
For more than 30 years, the Hawkeye Farm Show has showcased the latest agricultural technology and services with over 200 exhibitors representing over 800 product lines, all inside the temperature-controlled UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls, Iowa.  Join over 18,000 agricultural producers from Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin to review the latest farm technology focused on improving yields, reducing costs, and managing risk.
 

June
Farmington Strawberry Festival
Farmington, Iowa
Sponsored by the Farmington Arts Council, the festival offers free strawberries and ice cream, a car show, strawberry cooking contest, talent show and more! Second full weekend in June.
 

August - Iowa State Fair - Des Moines, Iowa
Annually attracting more than a million people, the Iowa State Fair is a salute to the state’s best in agriculture, industry, entertainment and achievement. One of the oldest and largest agricultural and industrial expositions in the country, it was the inspiration for the original novel “State Fair” by Iowan Phil Stong, three motion pictures, and Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Broadway musical.  Attendance: 1,000,000.
