35th Annual Taos Winter Wine Festival
Taos, New Mexico
The Taos Winter Wine Festival is a multi-day celebration of food and wine with participating local restaurants and over 40 national wineries.  Events include Taste of Taos & Reserve Tasting, Grand Tasting, Seminars, Winery Dinners, and Apres Ski Tastings.

February 14, 2023 - VALENTINE'S DAY - Nationwide
Most of the more than 1/2 million restaurants in the U.S. have special events scheduled for today. They are too numerous to list.

February 18-25, 2023  National FFA Week - Nationwide
The week of George Washington's birthday as National FFA Week in recognition of his legacy as an agriculturist and farmer.

March 3-5, 2023  Annual National Fiery Foods & BBQ Show
Albuquerque, New Mexico
'The Hottest Show On Earth!  The largest and most visited show about spicy foods and barbecue in the world. Held each March in Albuquerque, New Mexico, it features 200+ exhibitor booths filled with more than 1,000 different products. The show attracts more than 20,000 trade and general public attendees from all over the world.  Attendance: 20,000+

March 21, 2023 - 'AgDay' National Agriculture Day - Nationwide

April 1-2, 2023  Southwest Chocolate & Coffee Fest
Albuquerque, New Mexico
The Largest Chocolate & Coffee Festival in the U.S.  Come taste, try and buy divine creations by the Southwest's finest chocolatiers, candy makers, coffee roasters, cafes, bakers, restaurants and more. Come for the food - Stay for the cooking demos, chocolate eating contests and live entertainment.   Attendance: 20,000.

EVENT CANCELED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS.  Taste the best soups that Santa Fe’s finest chefs have to offer. The Halftime Show is a soup tasting running January 15 through January 31, 2021 that features your favorite chefs and restaurants from past Souper Bowls.

February 22, 2020  Just Desserts Eat & Ski - Red River, New Mexico
Picture this: You’re cross country skiing or snowshoeing through a snowy forest when suddenly you come upon a group of people with chocolate on their faces licking their fingers and eating from a table laden with delectable goodies.  This is no fantasy, it’s “Just Desserts” Eat & Ski Enchanted Forest Cross Country Ski Area’s most popular event. The theme is simple: Enchanted Forest puts homemade desserts out on a five kilometer course and skiers ski out to the different sites and indulge in delicious concoctions like the popular 18-Layer Chocolate Cinnamon Torte, Fudge, Wild Blueberry Pie, Triple Chocolate Kahlua Espresso Cake, gluten-free delights, and much more!
