Annual Texas Citrus Fiesta
Annual festival held since 1932, celebrating the citrus harvest in the lush Rio Grande Valley, with a pageant, parade, exhibits, carnival, and a costume show featuring beautiful costumes made of dried fruits and vegetables grown in the Valley.
WBCA Jalapeño Festival
The two-day WBCA Jalapeño Festival Sponsored by La Costeña will provide two back to back nights of sizzling entertainment, live music, games and fun for the entire family. (Washington's Birthday Celebration Association)
Texas Onion Fest
Celebrates the world-famous Texas 1015 Onion developed in Weslaco. There is lots of new stuff to see! On Saturday, the festivities will kick off with live music on two stages and the lively "Onion Eating Contests". The fun will last all day with music performances on the Main Stage, a Kids Zone, two performances by the Dancing Horses, Arts & Crafts, cooking demonstrations at the Culinary Center, and so much more. Viva La Onion!
