The silent auction offers a notable selection of 140 vintage and reserve wines and other items of interest. To cap off the evening, attendees can sample a Grey Goose martini or a nightcap from a selection of single malt scotches, cognacs and brandies.

November 24, 2007 Chitlin' Strut 2007 Salley, South Carolina This internationally known festival is located in the quiet, southern town of Salley, South Carolina (population 410) and is held annually the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Each year approximately 25,000 visitors converge on Salley to celebrate one of the more unusual food items available, chitterlings. Quite simply, chitterlings (or chitlin's) are fried pig intestines and have been a southern tradition for over one-hundred years.
