Fun contests, wine pairings and cocktails will run concurrent alongside education about how oyster farming and aquaculture is good for the environment and our coastlines. Locally owned restaurants will participate in an oyster hop so festival attendees can enjoy more oyster dishes off-site: Steamed, Roasted, Rockefeller, Fried, Stewed...as they say, the world is your oyster!
