Join in the merriment at the “Coolest Celebration on Earth,” the annual St. Paul Winter Carnival! Just some of the many festivities include Parades, Winter Carnival Beer Dabbler, Klondike Kate Cabaret, World's Toughest BBQ, Ice Palace, Ice Carving Competitions, Snow Sculpture, Orchid Show, Snow Plow Competition, Sled Dog Race, World's Toughest Rodeo, Art Shows, Fireworks Display, etc., etc. Attendance: 250,000.

International Eelpout Festival
Leech Lake, Walker, Minnesota
The Annual International Eelpout Festival, held at Chase on the Lake on Leech Lake, is a tradition centered on catching one of the ugliest of bottom-dwelling fish, the Eelpout! In addition to thousands of dollars in prizes, enjoy Opening Ceremonies in the Chase 502 Bar, live music, DJ dance parties, refreshments at the Chase Big Top Tent, eelpout fish fry, mechanical bull riding, contests, and more! Attendance: 10,000.

Bock Fest is an all-outdoor event on the grounds of Schell's Brewery with Schells beer, brats, live music, a warm fire, and the release of the seasonal Bock beer. Admission is $10 for this 21+ event
