July 14, 2018 - Bacon and Beer Classic: Twin Cities
St. Paul, Minnesota
The Bacon and Beer Classic is a one-of-a-kind event hosted inside baseball parks and stadiums across America. It is a premier experience focused on traditions where one’s nostalgia of baseball meets their love for bacon and beer.
As the attendees walk through the stadium they will get a taste of history through the hundreds of craft brew samples and mouth-watering bacon-inspired tastes local restaurants cook up. Music will get people dancing, interactive games will bring out their inner kid, and the cooking demos and beer schools will teach everyone – from the expert to the novice – a thing or two about bacon and beer. All of our events are all inclusive! From the moment you walk into the park, it's all about the experience, and not about opening up your wallet.
July 20-22, 2018 Wannigan Days - Taylors Falls, Minnesota
Taylor Falls, MN and St Croix Falls, WI. 'Wannigan' is an Indian word for a lumberman's floating cook shack. Events include the Interstate Wannigan Parade, street dance, touring 1855 Folsom House Museum, riverboat cruises, tug of war across the St. Croix River, food, music, craft fair and more. July 7-8, 2017 - Corn & Clover Carnival - Hinckley, Minnesota
Huge Midway, Bingo, lots of food. Celebrating 100 years from the very first carnival. This will be the 82nd carnival - as there were several years the carnival was not held due to the Depression.
July 7-9, 2017 69th Deer's Annual Wild Rice Festival - Deer River, Minnesota
The World's Largest Wild Rice Festival for over 65 years, a celebration of wild rice, one of the area's natural staples. Today's wild rice festivals sponsored by the Deer River Lions Club feature a full schedule of activities designed to bring the whole Deer River Area Community together for a weekend of fun, food, entertainment, and fellowship. Whether you are young or old, there is always something to see and do at the festival.
July 8-16, 2017 83rd Annual Raspberry Festival
A Tradition Preserved. The festival features a search for the Golden Raspberry, the Grande Day Parade, a Family Day and much more.
July 12, 2017 Beanhole Days and Arts & Crafts Fair
Pequot Lakes, Minnesota
Burying of the Beans Ceremony is held every July. The beans, prepared by secret recipe behind locked doors, are buried in huge cast iron kettles and cooked over a wood fire for 24 hours.
July 13, 2017 - 55th Annual Hot Dog Nite
10,000 FREE Hot Dogs and beverage given away by Luverne Area Chamber Members from 5:30 pm until gone. Annual Wienerman Triathlon challenges athletes to run, bike, and eat hot dogs on their way to the finish line ....begins at 7 pm. Wiener Dog Beauty Contest and Wiener Dog Race on Main Street beginning at 7:15 pm. Live music and beer garden on Main.
July 14-15, 2017 Cass Lake Rib Fest - Cass Lake, Minnesota
In addition to delicious ribs, there will be a variety of arts and craft vendors, live music, children’s activities, parades, Native American dancers, a tug of war contest, beer tent, the Cass Lake Idol and Talent Show, and a Poetry Slam!
July 14-16, 2017 10th Annual Middle Eastern Festival - West St. Paul, Minnesota
St. George Church. Highlights include Middle Eastern cuisine, live entertainment, a traditional marketplace, games for children and camel rides. Admission is free. The menu includes: roast lamb on the spit, chicken kabobs, kafta, falafel, hummus, gyros, tabouli, delicious pastries and the church's famous Syrian bread. Beer, wine and soft drinks will also be served. The John Khoury Band will play and the church's dance group will perform the traditional Dabke dance.
July 15, 2017 Bread Making Day
Historic Forestville in Preston. Bread is the staff of life and is the most widely consumed food in the world. Step back into 1899 and observe costumed guides as they complete the weekly task of bread making. Nineteenth-century techniques of bread making will be showcased with opportunities for hands on participation.

July 22-23, 2017 - 21st Annual Rhubarb Frenzy! - Chisago City, Minnesota
The secret's out! WineHaven's rhubarb makes fantastic wine! Be the first to sample the new batches of Rhubarb and Strawberry-Rhubarb Wine. We'll have hourly tours and lunch at the vineyard from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday and 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sunday. There is no fee for admission and reservations are not required. July 9, 2016 The Great Minnesota Pie Extravaganza - Grand Rapids, Minnesota
A good cook and plenty of food held a logging camp together. While meat, potatoes, and beans were the cook shack staples, it was the pies the men loved most. Held at the Forest History Center, this event allows visitors to contrast pies served in the logging camps with modern day creations.

July 29-August 2, 2015 86th Annual Fisherman's Picnic - Grand Marais, Minnesota
This is way more than just shore lunch! It’s the Annual Fisherman’s Picnic and downtown Grand Marais is filled with visitors, crazy days sales, craft show, daily contests and prizes, live music, kids activities, and so much more! Fireworks on Saturday night and Parade on Sunday afternoon! The Lions Club BIG raffle includes a grand prize of $10,000 and lots of other great prizes for $5.00 a ticket.
