November 11-12, 2017  Holiday Harvest Wine & Food Festival
Various, Minnesota
Start your celebration of the season by enjoying holiday foods and wines on the Great River Road Wine Trail!   Each ticket holder will receive a wine trail glass and a six-bottle wine tote at the first winery visited. Their ticket and wine glass will entitle the holder to free wine and food tasting at each winery. You can pay for your ticket at the winery or online, using PayPal. Online purchasers should bring their PayPal receipt to the first winery visited. Plan to enjoy the event for the entire weekend, and visit all nine wineries! Start as far away as you can, and work your way home!!  Please have a designated driver (sorry no wine tasting, but a lot of great local food). Designated driver tickets are $10 per person.  Enjoy the featured wines and ciders paired with holiday foods, at each of the wineries on the Trail!

November 3-11, 2016 - Annual Lefse Festival - Bemidji, Minnesota
11th Annual Lefse Festival Sponsored by Bemidji Sunrise Rotary and Beltrami County Historical Society.  Admission includes food and beverage samples, vendors, fresh lefse for sale/sample, and tons of door prizes!  Cast your vote for People's Choice of "Best Darn Lefse Maker"  Food, Fun and activities for the whole family.

November 12, 2016  Lumberjack Cooking for Kids
Grand Rapids, Minnesota
Kids can experience the challenge of cooking at a logging camp in the 1900s. They'll learn how to prepare foods like "cold shuts" (donuts), "sweat pads" (pancakes) and pies using recipes and ingredients that would have been used in a historic cook shack.

November 18, 2008  Caux Culinary Challenge - Minneapolis, Minnesota
Experience the passion of eight extraordinary chefs known for their commitment to local foods during the Caux Culinary Challenge. Each chef will present a signature nosh, its recipe and the local sources used to create it. Audience members will choose winners for "Favorite Nosh" and "Best Presentation". Cost is $125 per person. The event also includes a silent auction and entertainment.
