November 3, 2011 Taste of the Town - Pasadena, Texas This food-tasting extravaganza will include 30 of Pasadena's finest restaurants, as well as offering beer and wine; a live auction features signed sports memorabilia, jewelry and more; and live music. Attendance: 3,000.
November 3-5, 2011 45th Annual Original Terlingua Int'l Chili Championship Cook-off Terlingua, Texas Includes Barbecue Cook-off and Margarita Mix-off with live music each night, plus many other activities.
November 4-6, 2011 6th Edition of the Romanian Food Festival - Colleyville, Texas A unique opportunity for Dallas locals to explore the Romanian culture and cuisine right in their backyard. Festival highlights include ethnic foods, traditional costumes, orthodox icons and impressionist paintings exhibits, movies about Romania, gymnastic shows, folk artifacts, decorations and other shopping options, live entertainment and lots of fun for adults and children as well (petting zoo, games, dancing, and more).
November 4-13, 2011 Wurstfest 2011 - New Braunfels, Texas 51st Annual Celebration along the banks of the beautiful Comal River. Enjoy good fun, food, special events and Alpine and Bavarian style entertainment. Wurstfest always starts on the Friday before the first Monday in November.
Nov 5, 2011 Grand Street Fall Festival & Firefighter Chili Cook-Off - Whitewright, Texas We are glad to be sponsoring the 2nd Firefighter Chili Cook-Off with proceeds going to Area Volunteer Fire Departments. Live entertainment throughout the day. Classic Car Show & Works of Artists & Vendors of all kinds will be available. A wide variety of Food Vendors will be on hand as well as Wine Tastings & bottle sales from 3 local wineries. There will be plenty for the children to see and do with a Train Ride, Games, Giant Slide, Miniature Donkeys, and a whole lot more.
November 12, 2011 Heritage Syrup Festival - Henderson, Texas The highlight of the festival revolves around a day of old time syrup making demonstrations, using an antique sugarcane crushing mill. The grounds of the Historic Depot Museum come alive with folk music and over thirty folk artists demonstrating and selling their crafts.
November 13, 2011 9th Annual International Risotto Festival - Houston, Texas Twenty of Houston's hottest chefs will compete for top prize. This event features live music and entertainment; exotic cars; silent auction and raffle; and kid-friendly activities. Benefits the Children's Assessment Center.
November 17, 2011 Soiree Beaujolais and Beyond - Houston, Texas The world's largest simultaneous French wine and gourmet food tasting! Celebrate the arrival of the newest French wines of the season. In addition to gourmet food samples, live singing and dancing, Miss Texas 2011 autrographs, and a silent auction.
November 26, 2011 Wassail Fest - Nacogdoches, Texas Stroll the brick streets and visit the historic district as participating downtown merchants compete to see who can brew up the best wassail in town.

December 4, 2011 Stephan Pyles Celebrity Chef Dinner - Dallas, Texas Wine & Food Foundation of Texas. This event is a five-course, seated wine dinner with each course presented by a different celebrity chef. Proceeds from this dinner fund the Stephan Pyles Culinary Scholarship which is awarded through a rigorous statewide competition.
