A day to honor the succulent springtime berry. Sample the strawberry shortcakes, drinks, breads, and more or take home flats of fresh strawberries. Vendors offer arts, crafts, plants, and antiques to the many thousands who attend the event. Entertainment on two stages.
June 3, 2017 Belle Grove Garden Fest - Middletown, Virginia
Join Belle Grove and the Master Gardeners of the Northern Shenandoah Valley for the annual GardenFest, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Admission to the fair is free and tours of Belle Grove's Manor House will be just $5 for visitors 12 years of age and older. The fair will feature a plant sale, specialty vendors, tool sharpening, Second Hand Rose sale, children’s activities, farm animal petting zoo, workshops and other gardening presentations.

'A Taste of the Country - Then and Now' HarvFest is a one-day festival celebrating local food, farming, and history. Clarke County's rich agricultural and historical heritage will be showcased via local food and drink vendors, farming demonstrations, historic tours and exhibits. HarvFest is hosted by and benefits The Clermont Foundation and Clarke County Parks and Recreation. HarvFest will be held at the historic Clermont Farm which was surveyed by George Washington in 1750 and currently sits on 360 rolling acres owned by the Virginia Dept. of Historic Resources and managed by a local trust. Clermont is a working cattle and sheep farm.
