February 12-13, 2011  Wine & Chocolate Weekend - Statewide
Nearly 30 wineries statewide are expected to participate in the annual Wine Trail which features a Valentines Day theme. Many of the wineries will be featuring tastings specifically pairing their red and blush wines with assortments of chocolates made by local chocolatiers along with other gourmet treats traditionally associated with the biggest romance days of the year.

Feb 12-13 & 19-20, 2011  Annual Wine & Chocolate Weekends - Milford, New Jersey
Alba Vineyards. The event will offer visitors a chance to learn more about wine, wine making, and wine tasting with unique chocolate and food pairings, as well as provide the opportunity to stock up on award-winning Alba wines.  Hourly wine cellar tours will also be offered.

February 14-17, 2011  Future Pouch 2011 - Monroe Township, New Jersey
Future Pouch 2011 will consist of Retort Pouch, the 7th annual conference dedicated to Retort Pouch technology (Feb. 15th) preceded by an intensive half day course, Understanding the Retort Pouch, Feb 14th afternoon.  Spout Pac will be held on Feb 16th - the first ever dedicated conference devoted to use of fitments (spouts, nozzles, closures, etc.) on flexible pouches.
