7th Annual Hells Canyon Mule Days Dutch Oven Cook-off
The goal of the IDOS sanctioned cook-off is to have fun, demonstrate Dutch oven cooking skills, and introduce the public to Dutch oven cooking. Hells Canyon Mule Days is the fastest growing mule show in the Northwest, with vendors, exhibitors, and Western art.

The Resort at the Mountain, Welches, Oregon
Wild About Game celebrates the farmers, butchers, and purveyors of high-quality game and specialty meat and the chefs that use their products. This year the event will be held at Timberline Lodge. Tickets are $65 (tickets will be $75 at the door). Make a weekend of it and join us for a pre-event Wild About Game Dinner at Timberline Lodge on September 6, 2014. The multi-course menu features dishes from Timberline’s Executive Chef Jason Stoller Smith and last year’s Wild About Game winner, Chef Aaron Barnett of St. Jack. The Wild About Game Dinner is $95 per person and includes wine and gratuity. Stay the night in a Queen hotel room and get two tickets to the dinner for $419.

Join Heart of the Valley Homebrewers in beautiful Corvallis, Oregon, as we celebrate the 7th annual Septembeerfest, the Northwest beer lovers brewfest. Septembeerfest is located at the Benton County Fairgrounds in an outdoor setting, with plenty of room for enjoying a beer and listening to some fine entertainment. This year still more food!

Sponsored by the Carlton Businss Association (CBA), the Second Annual Carlton Crush Harvest Festival will take place just north of Main Street in downtown Carlton, complete with a Grape Stomp Competition, Barrel Rolling Race, Wine Thief Relay Race, live music, traditional Midway games for the kids, Mark the Magician, helicopter rides, and terrific festival food. A wine, beer and hard cider Corral will feature wineries and breweries of the Yamhill County area. All of the adult beverages are donated and the sale proceeds will support Joseph's Storehouse, our community Food Bank.
