October 1, 2017 - 9th Annual Fun with Fermentation Festival
Willamette Valley Sustainable Foods Alliance (WVSFA) puts on an educational event for the public, all about fermented foods. It is an opportunity to meet local producers, get your fermentation questions answered, learn how to make fermented foods at home, and sample some yummy fermented treats. A suggested entrance donation at the door and a raffle benefits three Eugene-based non-profits. The event also includes live fermentation demonstrations, a kid-zone, fermented meals and the opportunity to mingle with like-minded people in the community.
