The Washington State Fair - Do the Puyallup is the largest fair in the state, and the Pacific Northwest. Started in 1900, it is a staple of an American pastime, while offering contemporary features to enjoy and explore.

September 2-4, 2017  28th Annual Bremerton Blackberry Festival
Bremerton, Washington
Stroll down Bremerton's boardwalk and stop to sample the best blackberry jams, jellies, pies and cobblers. The beer garden has blackberry cider and the very popular blackberry wine with the festival label will be available. More than one hundred vendors offer a vast array of foods, drinks & art; fun run, fly-in and kids' events.

Family fun! Carnival, parade, food, talent show, classic car show, entertainment, and our famous bratwurst and micro brew fest. Fresh baked huckleberry pies, jams, jellies, syrup, and other huckleberry items will be offered at the Huckleberry Pie booth.

This will be an evening of jazz music, gourmet food and wine selections from around the world.  Enjoy the smooth sounds of Deems Tsutakawa and Bobby Medinas Red Hot Band while you sip wine on the grassy hills of the driving range.  Admission will be free to this event.

September 16-October 31, 2017  Snohomish Festival of Pumpkins
Snohomish, Washington
A fall tradition cherished by Puget Sound families. 200,000 visitors each year will tell you it's WAY more than pumpkins! Fresh country air, wide open spaces and tons of fun activities for all ages. Visit all five farms!  Pumpkin Hurl & Medieval Faire; Zombie River Walk; Schak-Tober Fest; Pumpkins in the Park & Scarecrow Row; Haunted House.  Attendance: 200,000.

September 22-23, 2017  Westport Maritime Festival
Westport, Washington
Celebrating Westports Maritime History and Salmon Lore. Bring the kids to explore "FIN" the migrating salmon. September 22-23, 2017 - Inland NW Craft Beer Festival
Spokane, Washington
The Inland NW Craft Beer Festival will welcome 30 craft breweries pouring over 100 different types of beer, including a selection of pumpkin beers. Live music and food will also be part of this celebration of the Inland NW craft beer scene.

September 22-24, 2017 - 3rd Annual Arts & Draughts Beer & Wine Festival - Port Angeles, Washington

Leavenworth, Washington

September 30, 2017 - 15th Annual Fresh Hop Ale Festival
Yakima, Washington
Celebrate the fact that 75 percent of the total U.S. hop crop is grown right here in the Yakima Valley. Enjoy award-winning fresh hop ales (ambers, hefeweizen, stouts, and more), local food, fine wines, a cigar tent, and dancing in the streets to live music.  Attendance: 3,500.

September 30, 2017  Fresh Hop Beer Ale Festival - Yakima, Washington
Voted one of the top ten beer festivals in the nation, Fresh Hop Ale Festival is a celebration of the hop and craft beer industry.  The Yakima Valley produces 75% of the United States' hop crop, and this festival showcases the unique beers that are produced with our valley's hops.  For a beer to be considered a “fresh hop ale,” it must be produced with Yakima Valley hops that were picked no more than 24 hours prior to brewing. This is a one-of-a-kind beer festival that is only possible in the heart of hop country!

Held annually on the last weekend of September, this is Washington State's original pumpkin hurling competition. Pasco, Washington
The Fiery Foods Committee is looking to revamp the festival to bring you an even bigger and better event for 2011. Expect new activities, a wider variety of vendors, more contests, lots of entertainment and much more... So save the date for September 10th, 2011 and once again we apologize that such memorable event will not be held in 2010.

Flavors Festivals are destination events celebrating distinctive tastes in wines, spirits and culinary artistry as well as the truly unique character, culture and spirit of our host cities.

September 24, 2011  Alpenfest - Crystal Mountain, Washington
Alpenfest will feature wineries, farmers, food purveyors, restaurants and chefs from around Washington and the Northwest. Food and wine pairing presentations, cooking classes and chef exhibitions will take place throughout the day in various restaurants around the mountain, as well as a guest chef luncheon and Winemaker's dinner at the Summit House, the highest restaurant in Washington.
