January 22-24, 2019 Washington Oregon Potato Conference Kennewick, Washington Annual potato conference and trade show. February 1-2, 2019 11th Annual Enumclaw Wine & Chocolate Festival Enumclaw, Washington Enumclaw Expo Center. We will include all of the elements that our attendees have grown to love including shopping, chocolate vendors, demonstrations, music and some of the best wines from here in the Pacific Northwest. This year, our marketing efforts will include radio, newspaper, posters, the Expo Center website, the W&C Festival website, multiple event websites and other social media. The wineries, chocolate and non-chocolate vendors will be intermixed throughout the two buildings along with a stage in each building. This will allow the patrons to grab some wine and roam the buildings to sip, shop, taste and listen. This promotes an atmosphere where festival attendees mingle and shop leisurely and see all of our great vendors! February 2, 2019 10th Annual Belgianfest - Seattle, Washington Belgianfest will highlight the fascinating beer culture of Belgium by showcasing 60+ Belgian-style beers crafted by Washington breweries. Featured beer styles include Tripels, Dubbles, Saisons, Wits, Abbeys and Lambics. All of the beers will be brewed with Belgian yeast. February 5-7, 2019 42nd Annual Spokane Ag Expo and Pacific Northwest Farm Forum - Spokane, Washington At the newly expanded Spokane Convention Center. The largest farm machinery show in the inland Northwest. Spokane Ag Expo provides the best possible showcase for agricultural equipment and related products to the farmer, rancher and producer customer. We have exhibits for both the full-time and part-time landowner and producer showcasing all the latest in farming innovations. Pacific Northwest Farm Forum spotlights major speaker events during the show, and seminars ranging across a wide spectrum of current topics of interest to full-time and part-time farmers, ranchers and agricultural producers. February 9, 2019 Popsicle Bridge Contest - Seattle, Washington The Younger Member Forum of the American Society of Civil Engineers will put on a competition of bridges built using only Popsicle sticks and white glue. Each year teams of high school students from local schools build bridges that are strong, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing. The bridges will be judged and then tested to failure with a hydraulic press. Be sure to be in the room as each bridge snaps and broken Popsicle sticks fly everywhere. At the Museum of Flight. February 9-10 & 16-17, 2019 Red Wine and Chocolate in the Lake Chelan Wine Valley Lake Chelan, Washington Wenatchee Wine Country wineries offer 2 weekends for tasting their great red wines with decadent chocolate treats! This is the perfect date with your sweetheart or with friends! A nominal tasting fee may be charged at some wineries. Tasting room hours vary. February 14, 2019 - VALENTINE’S DAY Most of the more than 1/2 million restaurants in the U.S. have special events scheduled today. They are too numerous to list. February 15, 2019 13th Annual Taste Spokane - Spokane, Washington Wishing Star Foundation is having it's Annual Taste Spokane at the Northern Quest Resort & Casino, Pend O'reille Pavillion Room! The evening will be filled with live music, great food, adult beverages, and raffle prizes. Spokane’s most acclaimed restaurants, regional wineries and breweries, chocolatiers, and dessert purveyors will exhibit their products and serve samples. February 16-23, 2019 - National FFA Week - Nationwide the week of George Washington's birthday as National FFA Week in recognition of his legacy as an agriculturist and farmer. February 21-24, 2019 12th Annual Chocolate on the Beach Festival Pacific Beach, Moclips, Aloha & Seabrook, Washington This is a fun, family festival offering something for every chocolate lover! There are chocolate vendors, artists and crafters. You can attend a cooking class or enter your favorite recipe in the recipe contest. How about entering an eating contest? You can do all this and so much more. Attendees will find chocolate that is gluten free, dairy free, vegan, organic, fair trade, raw and even healthy treats for your favorite furry friends. This is a family-friendly community festival with 10 miles of chocolate themed activities for three days.
