This is an official 5 A Day recipe
1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
2 cups pineapple
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until blended.
