GINGER-PEACH SALSA


4 ripe peaches, peeled and coarsely chopped *
2 minced green onions (all white part and some of the green)
2 tablespoons hibachi sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon crushed red chiles
4 tablespoons minced cilantro 


Directions
In small bowl, stir together green onions, hibachi sauce, brown sugar and crushed red chiles.

Serve immediately or let stand at room temperature for up to an hour: stir in cilantro and serve with Thai-Style Pork Chops or other grilled pork dishes.

*or use one 29-oz. can peach slices, drained and chopped
