FRESH PEACH SALSA
Makes about 2 cups.
4 peaches, peeled and sliced 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 tablespoon grated ginger root 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro Salt, to taste
Directions In large bowl, stir together peaches, brown sugar, lime juice, ginger root and cilantro.
Season with salt.
Serving Suggestions Fresh peaches are the star of this salsa. Serve with grilled pork tenderloin or with a holiday ham buffet.
