1 Whole Tomato -- peel-seed-chop fine 1 Quart Pineapple, fresh -- 1/4 in. dice 2 Whole Jalapeno -- seeded and minced 1/4 Cup Scallions -- minced 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro -- chopped 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Disolve Brown Sugar in Vinegar
Combine with all other ingredients.
