2 Mangoes (diced medium)
1 Florida avocado (diced medium)
1/4 cup Red onion (diced)
1 tablespoon Jalapeno pepper (minced)
2 tablespoon Cilantro (chopped)
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients; mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
Excellent with fish.
