56th Annual Ohio Gourd Show
Theme: 'Fall Into Gourds' Food, gourds, gourd art, gourd music and special programs are featured on the grounds. Programs and presentations will provide information about gourds and gourd art. Gourd crafting opportunities will be available for children and adults without advance reservations. Gourd workshops (pre-registration required ) are offered on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
October 6-7, 2018 Huntsburg Pumpkin Festival - Huntsburg, Ohio
The annual festival will include a baking contest, decorated & carved pumpkin show, pageant, horseshoe tournament, apple peeling contest, nail pounding contest, pumpkin roll, car show, pumpkin pie eating contest, road race, entertainment and a parade.
October 6-7, 2018 Weekend Of Fire - Fairfield, Ohio
This weekend only! Sample and purchase sweat-inducing foods from all over the country at our Fiery Food Show! Hot and fiery, or mild and meek; you can choose your favorite feverish flavors and buy enough to stock your pantry. Hot sauces, BBQ sauces, salsas, rubs and all sorts of spicy foods will be available.

The first full weekend in October of each year brings thousands of people together to enjoy the free continuous live entertainment. The aroma of an endless variety of foods is there to enjoy while strolling the streets lined with booth after booth of quality crafts and home grown produce in the Farmer's Market. Raffles, contests, a baked goods auction and a pet parade are just part of the many things to take in.

October 12-21, 2018 10th Cleveland Beer Week - Cleveland, Ohio
Featuring 300 keg tapping, beer sipping events throughout greater Cleveland. From special tappings, tastings and dinners to leisure activities and educational programs, there is something for everyone At Cleveland Beer Week. Established in 2009, Cleveland Beer Week is a not-for-profit celebration that raises awareness of the craft beer industry and promotes patronage at local establishments. But we are also philanthropic---proceeds from all of Cleveland Beer Week's flagship events benefit the Malone Scholarship Fund. The scholarship fund helps deserving students with scholarship money towards college. With over a 90% graduation rate - these students are worth getting behind!

Yellow Springs, Ohio
9am to 5pm, with entertainment throughout the Village. Over 250 booths. Two Music Stages, a Beer Garden and Street Performers throughout town. For children, Primary Languages will have free crafts along with face painting and cookie decorating with donations going to the Dayton International School. A festival like no other.

The Ohio Sauerkraut Festival has grown from a small local event in 1970 to one of the premier craft festivals in the nation. We jury our 450+ vendors to ensure that all items are handcrafted, and select items based on quality and variety. Our unique food offerings range from sauerkraut pizza to fudge. Visitors return year after year to sample their favorites, making the Ohio Sauerkraut Festival a favorite Midwest destination. Always the Second Full Weekend of October.

Scioto Downs Racino in Columbus! The racino takes the Expo to a whole new level, giving it a Vegas feel without the expense of travelling to Vegas. The 2018 show offers product sampling, education and entertainment unlike anything else in this part of the country. Bar owners and their employees who have aspired to stay on top of industry trends, but can’t afford to make the trip to larger, national conventions will find the Buckeye Bar Expo to provide information on all the latest trends without the cost of travel.
