The Gala is a gourmet food and wine event that benefits the Franciscan Earth Literacy Center and Seeds of Hope Farm in Tiffin. The event celebrates local and seasonal cuisine by featuring the chemical-free, fresh produce, herbs, poultry and eggs from Seeds of Hope Farm. Chefs representing area restaurants and businesses from northwest Ohio and around the country participate in the Gala. Each chef plans his or her menu based on the available produce and other seasonal items from the Farm.

Dayton Beer Week is a week long celebration of beer. By partnering with local breweries, restaurants, bars, and distributors, our goal is to increase Dayton's footprint on the national craft beer map. Through a wide variety of events, we aim to foster a collaborative environment so we can push Dayton further along as the great beer city that we locally know it as. As the nation’s craft beer industry grows exponentially, so has the local beer scene over the last few years. An array of gourmet food trucks are featured this year, each with its own a unique and specialized choice of cuisine. Expect great music again in the spacious boat basin amphitheater. The artists will display their work during festival hours, Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..
