September 2-3, 2017 22nd Annual Garlic & Herb Festival
Sample garlic delicacies and enjoy the festivities. Relax at the Beer and Wine Garden under the tent listening to live music both days. Over 100 vendors, demonstrations, and children's activities.
September 6-8, 2017 Bakers' Harvest Conference - Norwich, Vermont
The Baking Education Center at King Arthur Flour. A full slate of hands-on classes, tours, seminars and demonstrations in and around King Arthur Flour's campus in beautiful Norwich, Vermont. Speakers and session leaders who are renowned pastry, pie, and bread bakers. Book authors, bloggers, and bakery owners. Connect with fellow foodies and baking enthusiasts. The schedule allows for plenty of time to meet new people and connect with old friends.
September 9, 2017 3rd Annual Brattleboro Bacon Fest
Guilford Fairgrounds, 11am-4pm. This event is about all things bacon! We have grown significantly every year and last year topped the 3,000 visitor mark! There is a "Hog Jog" prior to the opening of the gates that is sponsored by the Brattleboro Area Chamber of Commerce This is a 5k and a 10k run open to the public. Vendors fees are $199 for the day Attendance: 3,000.
September 14-17, 2017 Tunbridge World's Fair - Tunbridge, Vermont
Union Agricultural Society. The Tunbridge World’s Fair is an agricultural non-profit, and all proceeds go back to the infrastructure, programs and projects on the grounds. The Tunbridge World’s Fair has run continuously since 1867 except in 1918, due to the great flu epidemic, and during World War II.

September 24, 2017 16th Annual Pie Fest - Shelburne, Vermont
Start the day with a run through the orchard. Then you can enter, enjoy, or eat the homemade apple pies in the Pie Fest!
September 24, 2017 9th Vermont Pumpkin Chuckin' Festival
To throw is great, to hurl divine. It's fun, educational, and to raise money for the Lamoille Family Center in Morrisville, VT. Now with 15 round automatic firing capability.

29th Annual Vermont Sheep & Wool Festival
Sheep – Goats – Alpacas – Llamas - Rabbits. The Animal Barn also includes vendors offering all your favorite fibers and yarn along with equipment and supplies. Over 70 vendors offering fleece and yarn, handspinning and fibercrafting equipment and supplies, handcrafted wool items, small ruminant equipment and supplies, fencing materials, meat and cheese. Shepherd Workshops: Our workshops are designed to educate owners – and future owners – of small ruminants.
September 30-October 1, 2017 Pumpkin & Apple Celebration
Billings Farm & Museum. Take the apple taste test and vote for your favorite! Lend a hand pressing cider, making pumpkin or apple ice cream, drying apples, and sampling pumpkin bread. Join in the “pumpkin and apple fun” with apple races, pumpkin bowling, apples-on-a-string, and pumpkin Legos®. See apple butter being made in the farmhouse kitchen and take home a recipe for “Pumpion Pye.”
