The Summit aims to create a positive change in our communities and revolutionize the future of food. This year has been an especially powerful year for women, and we want to invite you to partner with us in bringing voice to women entrepreneurs.   The Slow Living Summit takes place just before Strolling of the Heifers Weekend, a celebration of agriculture that aims to connect people with healthy local foods and with the farmers and food producers who bring it to them. The colorful centerpiece of the weekend is the famous Strolling of the Heifers Parade, in which future farmers lead heifer calves up Brattleboro's historic Main Street.
