June 1-4, 2023 67th Annual Vermont Dairy Festival Enosburg Falls, Vermont Four cowlossal days of udderly good fun and that's no bull! Activities include scholarship pageant, youth and 10k runs, farm tours, antique tractor displays, parade, dairy baking contest, and fireworks. June 3, 2023 - CVUUS Rhubarb Festival - Middlebury, Vermont Champlain Valley Unitarian Universalist Society. Come by for our signature homemade pies 10 am – 12 pm. Choose from rhubarb or strawberry rhubarb. Pies will be sold on a first come basis while pies last. No advance or online orders this year. Thanks in advance for masking and social distancing. June 5-7, 2020 Strolling of the Heifers Weekend - Brattleboro, Vermont EVENT CANCELED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS. A weekend of fun and education for the whole family, built around the world-famous, agriculturally-themed Strolling of the Heifers Parade. Come down to Brattleboro’s historic Main Street and dance to the MOOOsic. The parade kicks off at 10 am sharp with scores of lovable heifer calves - groomed, decorated and led by future farmers. The heifers are followed by farm animals, bands, tractors, floats, clowns and surprises. When it’s over, follow the crowd to the Slow Living Expo for food, entertainment, animals, tractors, music and family fun, plus demonstrations, craft show and exhibits related to our mission of farm and food innovation. And that’s not all: Stroll Weekend starts Friday night, with our Expo Festival featuring a culinary competition, Gallery Walk, music, food, fun and more. Held at Stowe’s Mayo Events Field, the 21-and-over event offers three sessions: Friday and Saturday, 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. and Saturday 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale now: standard tickets are $39 in advance and $45 at the gate.
