The Kennett Brewfest is a fundraising event with all proceeds going to Historic Kennett Square, a non-profit organization working to keep Kennett Square a regional economic and cultural center. The Kennett Brewfest is intended to be an opportunity to sample some of the best regional and national craft beers accompanied by great food, great music, and great people.

October 7-9, 2016  Annual Applefest Celebration
Franklin, Pennsylvania
The small town of Franklin welcomes more than 100,000 visitors to Applefest each year. The festival features more than 300 arts & crafts vendors, amazing food, live entertainment and more. Popular returning events include the Apple Pancake Breakfast, 5K Race for Any Pace, and the Antique & Class Car Cruise that brings in more than 500 cars. The festival was named to the list of Top 100 Events of 2012 by the American Bus Association.

October 8, 2016  Tunkhannock Rotary Harvest and Wine Festival
Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania
The Festival is held in Tunkhannock's Lazybrook Park featuring mature trees and a beautiful flowing creek. The perfect fall setting in, Pennsylvania's Endless Mountian Region for enjoying excellent food and wine, while admiring the 50 wonderful craft and food vendors. Plus 13 wineries  to choose from. Over 3,500 attendies last year.

October 10-15, 2016  101st Annual Dillsburg Farmer’s Fair
Dillsburg, Pennsylvania
Where we celebrate the rural heritage that is still alive and strong in our area. We will kick off this year’s fair with the traditional Queen contest.  Tuesday evening the fair continues with opening remakrs and the crowning of the Senior King and Queen at the Community hall at 6:00 PM. The fair continues through the week with a full schedule of events, contests, and Games. And don’t forget some of the best food you’ll have all year!

October 15, 2016  4th Annual Pour the Core: Hard Cider Festival
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The 4th Annual Pour the Core: Hard Cider Festival will be returning to Philadelphia-this year with even more cider and what will surely be a contest to remember! The festival will be held  from 12:30pm to 4:00pm on the Marine Parade Grounds located at The Navy Yard at 4747 South Broad Street, Philadelphia. Attendees will enjoy refreshing and delicious samples from local, national and international cider producers, more than 75 ciders in all!  Pour the Core will proudly showcase locally made ciders from some of Pennsylvania’s most talked-about producers, including  Jack’s Hard Cider (Biglerville), Kurant Cider (Perkasie), Hardball Cider (Mount Bethel), and festival first-timer Power Core Hard Cider (Coudersport), among them.   The event is sure to impress both cider lovers and fun seekers alike.  The event will offer a unique line-up of ciders to sample, food available to purchase from some of Philly’s most popular food trucks, and a variety of sponsored activities and live music.  Tickets for the event are on sale now.

October 21-23, 2016  TASTE Philadelphia Festival of Food, Wine and Spirits - Valley Forge, Pennsylvania
TASTE is what it is all about this fall at the TASTE Philadelphia Festival of Food, Wine and Spirits, presented by Gourmet Shows and being held at the Valley Forge Casino Resort. This year’s Festival showcases the finest in wine, spirits and gourmet foods, along with the talents of local and celebrity chefs.

October 22, 2016  Pottstown Brew Fest - Pottstown, Pennsylvania
The 2nd Annual Pottstown Brew Fest will feature 100+ craft beers and ciders from 50 craft breweries to sample from!  In addition to great beer, the festival offers live music, unique craft and food vendors and a variety of outdoor games.  VIP and General Admission tickets are available beginning May 15.  Brew Fest tickets will be $75 for VIP and $45 for General Admission.

October 26, 2014  Vino on the Mountain 2014 Wine Festival
Nicholson, Pennsylvania
Cangiano’s and Creekside Grove are hosting Vino on the Mountain at it’s scenic location in Susquehanna County, from noon – 5:00 PM. All Proceeds benefit the Pennsylvania State Police PSP Strong Fund.. This fund supports the families of fallen/injured state police officers.  Local wineries, beer tent, food and craft vendors will be on hand to give visitors tastes of their wines and other products.

October 1, 2011  Pioneer City Oktober Festival
Carbondale, Pennsylvania
Visitors can shop local business's and great craft vendors, food, and enjoy a grand beer tasting experience. The Beer Tasting Event is held under the big top tent where vistors can taste over 40 varieties of micro-brews from round the world.

October 15, 2011  10th Anniversary Taste of Italy
Brownsville, Pennsylvania
Sample white and red wines from nearly 20 regional winemakers, who are competing in the 10th annual Taste of Italy. Ticket price includes anniversary wine glass; hors d'oeuvres buffet. Evening features auction of basket of wines from participating vintners. 7 p.m. to midnight at the Brownsville Sons of Italy, 16 Race St., Brownsville PA.15417. $35 per ticket before Oct. 1; $40 afterward and at door.

October 22-23, 2011  Wine in the City - York, Pennsylvania
The newest event hosted by the Sons of the American Legion in Glen Rock PA.  The event, held at Sovereign Bank Stadium will bring together wineries from across PA as well as live local music, craft vendors and more.  The mission of this event is to create a fall festival feel and incorporate other area non profit groups.

American Farmland Trust's inaugural Dine Out for Farms™ is a national, week-long event that will bring together restaurants and customers to support a sustainable future for America's farms. Restaurants across the country will raise funds and awareness for American Farmland Trust's programs that support farms and help save the land that sustains us.
