Modeled after the successful Coffee & Tea Festival: NYC. A celebration of everything related to coffee and tea.

Scrumptious apple treats including country apple butter, apple cider, apple dumplings, apple fritters and everyone's favorite -- apples dipped in caramel! Take home a bushel fresh from the orchard. Juried Artisans sell their wares and demonstrate their skills at our Street Road Green Artisan Area. Live entertainment and apple pie-eating contests add to the festivities of this traditional autumn celebration.
November 12, 2016 Holiday Wine Expo at Spring Brook
Holiday-themed, indoor wine festival. Simply select a wine or two from one of the event's wine tasting booths (all Pennsylvania wineries), some cheeses & chocolates from the specialty foods vendors, and a couple of carefully-chosen handcrafted items for each person on your list.
November 18-20, 2016 6th Annual Food & Spirits Festival
The annual LNP Media Group Food & Spirits Festival is a showcase of restaurants, food vendors, vineyards, microbreweries, distilleries, retailers and more. It takes place at The Lancaster County Convention Center. The Festival was created for those who enjoy great food, fine wine, good spirits, craft beer and lively music.
Nov 18-Jan 2, 2017, 2016 - Gingerbread House Competition & Display
Gingerbread house competition for over $3,400 in cash prizes in the following categories: Traditional, Authentic Reproduction of a Significant Building, Student (ages 13 to 18) and KidsOnly! (ages 12 and under). A visual delight, the entries are displayed throughout the holiday season.

December 1-2, 2016 Festival of Ice - Juniata River Valley, Pennsylvania
Watch professional ice carvers turn solid blocks of ice into beautiful works of art using chisels, chainsaws and blow torches. Enjoy live music in the courtroom on the second floor of the Historic Courthouse, observe the Sun Home Health & Hospice “Tree of Love” tree lighting ceremony, marvel at the Mifflin County Model Railroad Club working train display, tour the McCoy House museum, ride on horse drawn carriages with WKVA, WCHX and Star Country Radio, attend the live Nativity, join in the Christmas Caroling tour, visit with the vendors, participate in the children’s events, enjoy the new art gallery, see Santa at the West Side Gallery, cheer on the dance studio presentations, watch the kids have fun with the live animals and pony rides and take pictures of the Kiwanis Christmas Parade.
December 2-3, 2016 7th Annual Gingerbread Celebration & Holiday Mart
Gettysburg Festival’s Annual Gingerbread Celebration and Holiday Mart. Enjoy a gallery of gingerbread houses created by area chefs and artisans. At the Gettysburg Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College, Gettysburg. Free admission, both days Friday and Saturday. Enjoy a gallery of gingerbread creations, holiday art mart and activities for families. Also, participate in the gingerbread creations silent auction and People’s Choice voting. Proceeds will benefit the non-profit Gettysburg Festival Inc. Event hours: Friday, December 5 from 2 pm-7 pm and Saturday, December 6 from 9 am until 4 pm.

December 31, 2016 New Year's Eve Bologna Drop
Ring in the new year in Downtown Lebanon as a huge edible bologna drops at midnight with the help of a fire department ladder truck. The 12-foot long bologna weighing nearly 150 pounds, made by Kutztown/Daniel Weaver Bologna Co. will be donated to the Rescue Mission. Live music and hot drinks.
December 31, 2016 New Year's Eve Hershey Kiss Drop
A family-friendly New Year’s Eve! The New Year’s Eve celebration, planned and staffed by community volunteers, will be held at the square in the heart of downtown Hershey and is free to the public. The evening will culminate with the raising of the giant Hershey’s Kiss replica followed by a fireworks display at midnight. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available by various vendors throughout the evening.
December 13, 2015 Gourmet Winter Supper with Chef Josh Fidler
