7th Annual Christmas Cookie Walk. Come to Kimmswick and stop by the Visitor Center to purchase your Kimmswick Christmas Cookie Cookbook for $22.00 filled with a favorite cookie reciepe from each participating shop in Kimmswick. Then take your goodie bag from shop to shop and receive a cookie made from each of the recipies for you to sample. This has quickly became a favorite event during our Christmas in Kimmswick Celebration so be sure to get your tickets early.

At the Springfield Expo Center. Anyone 21 and older is invited to attend this laid-back event full of music, food from favorite area restaurants, and of course, samples of unique beers from microbreweries and distributors from across the Midwest. Tickets go on sale November 1st. All proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks.

The cost to register for this event is $125 per person and it includes a strolling dinner, a sampling of over 70 different wines, a chance to wine some fabulous prizes including trips to Chicago and around Michigan, and an opportunity to buy over 60 different types of wines. All proceeds benefit Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis research at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
