May 5-7, 2016  36th Annual Mushroom Festival - Richmond, Missouri
Self proclaimed "Mushroom Capital of the World". Large morel mushroom contest, fresh mushrooms, food, crafts, parade, music, BBQ cook-off, tractor pull, much more.

May 7, 2016  Sip n' Savor - St. James, Missouri
Since 2009, the St. James Sip n' Savor has become an event which has attracted thousands to the small community of St. James to sip and savor the many wines and craft brews of Missouri and beyond.  With live music and entertainment, a wine/beer tent which lasts well into the night, homebrew contest, free mixology workshops, and free shuttles in between tasting areas. Bacon and wine have become quite the hit on the Hermann Wine Trail!  Smoky, savory and always delicious, our food and wine pairings will feature bacon as the main ingredient.

May 14, 2016  8th Annual Pierce City Arts Festival and Wine Tasting
Pierce City, Missouri
Wine tasting inside the wine garden from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with Keltoi Winery.  About 30 fine arts booths as well as live music, free art workshops, free root beer floats (1 per person at 1 p.m.), kettle corn and bratwurst, and more!  Free PCAC Kids & Teens Art, free chalk drawing.  Fine art workshops by professional artists (children must be accompanied by an adult).  RAIN OR SHINE!

May 18-19, 2016  20th Distillers Grains Symposium - St. Louis, Missouri
Presented by the Distillers Grains Technology Council, exemplifying a broadening interest in current issues affecting the distilling industry.

May 21-22, 2016  64th Annual Hermann Maifest - Hermann, Missouri
One of Missouri’s oldest German festivals. Maifest is an old-fashioned German celebration of spring, with German music, dancing and food, parades, crafters, Maypole dancers, children’s games, and beer gardens.  Held each year the third weekend of May.

May 27-30, 2016  St. Louis Ribfest - St. Charles, Missouri

June 3-4, 2016  Smokin on the Summit - Lee's Summit, Missouri
The state championship BBQ competition.   The event will be full of fun and great competition by up to 90 teams whose labor of love will fill the streets of downtown Lee's Summit with the rich smoky smell of BBQ!

June 4, 2016  Strawberry Festival - Arnold, Missouri
Crafts, quilts, entertainment and all kinds of strawberry foods (strawberries, cake and ice cream, chocolate dipped strawberries, strawberry milkshakes, etc.) are just a few of the many reasons the festival is a day full of fun, food and fellowship for the entire family. A variety of handmade crafts and quilts are donated from all over the state to be auctioned and sold to benefit the Missouri Baptist Children's Home.

June 4, 2016  Vaile Strawberry Festival - Independence, Missouri
There will be approximately 100 craft & antique booths set up on the spacious lawn of the Vaile Mansion. Entertainment, food, children's corner, carriage rides, vintage cars, and wonderful Strawberry Treats.

Kimmswick Strawberry Festival
Kimmswick, Missouri
If it is made with strawberries you will find it at this festival--everything from Fresh Strawberries, Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, and Strawberry Cheesecake, to Strawberry Iced Tea. Also enjoy live entertainment, craft & food vendors and rides for the kids.

June 11, 2016 - 10th Annual St. Louis Brewers Heritage Festival
St. Louis, Missouri
Celebration of a rich brewing tradition and coming together of brewers both large and small. Sampling of nearly 100 different beers and styles from more than 40 local breweries.  Attendance: 20,000.

June 17-19, 2016  Boulevardia - Kansas City, Missouri
Boulevardia is a unique beer, food and music festival. A very happy happening. A whole lotta hubbub. A delightful departure from the everyday. June 18, 2016  10th Annual Excelsior Springs Wine Festival
Excelsior Springs, Missouri
Whether you are a seasoned wine connoisseur or are still figuring out the difference between chardonnay and champagne, the Excelsior Springs Wine Festival is for you! This traditional event places the wines of Missouri on display in the beautiful outdoor setting of Lover's Lane in East Valley Park. Festival attendees have an opportunity to sample all varieties of local wines, learn wine-making methods and speak directly with the winery owners who have made Missouri famous in the American wine market. June 18, 2016  10th Annual Rhythm & Brews Festival
Hermann, Missouri
Come Celebrate Tin Mill Brewing Company's Annual Beerfest, from 1pm-5pm.  The beerfest will feature microbreweries from the Midwest area with live music, food, and a great time.
