October 5, 2012  6th Annual WhiskyFest San Francisco - San Francisco, California
WhiskyFest is the longest running whisky festival in the country and is held in Chicago, San Francisco, and New York.  WhiskyFest offers you the opportunity to taste from a selection of more than 200 whiskies from around the world; many of them rare and exclusive. October 1, 2011  2nd Annual SOL Food Festival - Santa Barbara, California
A one-day community-created festival to raise awareness of the Sustainable, Organic, and Local food systems of Santa Barbara County.  Live cooking demos, DIY workshops, live animals, Local beer and wine tasting garden, delicious SOL Food vendors, and much more.

October 1, 2011  20th Annual Women of Taste - Oakland, California
One of the largest food and wine events in the East Bay. The sounds of salsa, R&B, rock, and big band favorites fill the air while guests enjoy tastings from leading Bay Area restaurants and beverage purveyors. October 1, 2011  18th Calaveras Grape Stomp - Murphys, California
25 pounds of wine grapes freshly picked, a half wine barrel fitted with a spout, a partner and you.  More than 100 teams throughout the state and beyond compete each year to vie for the prestigious 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards. Stomp competitions take place every half hour. The team, comprised of one stomper and one mucker (the juice collector), have three minutes to extract as much juice from 25 pounds of wine grapes as possible. And of course… lots of Award Winning Calaveras Wine and delicious foods!

October 1, 2011  6th Annual Fun in the Sun Chili Cook-Off - Castaic, California
This year, participants will enjoy live bands, 50/50 drawing, equine demonstrations, military displays and much more. Additionally, there will be games for all ages, and, of course, plentiful chili and other delicacies.

October 1-2, 2011  CSD Giant Pumpkin Festival of Elk Grove - Elk Grove, California

The spirited celebration of Bayou life will feature music by nationally known Zydeco bands, informal New Orleans’-style street parades, Zydeco dancing and New Orleans-inspired food and wines from Napa chefs and wineries.

October 10, 2009  9th Annual Candy Festival and Fall Craft Fair - Fairfield, California
CANCELLED FOR 2010. With up to 30 candy companies, Texas street will be covered with arts and crafts, candy samples, magic shows, face painting, music and more.

October 29, 2009  California Wine & Gourmet Food Experience - Simi Valley, California
First annual food and wine pairing event at the Reagan Library.  A small plate progressive dinner paired with 10 wines from California wineries. There will be live music and dancing under the wings of Air Force One. This is Ventura County’s wine and food event of the season. Bring your family and friends for a memorable evening at the Reagan Library.
