August 3-5, 2012  17th Annual Mammoth Festival of Beers & Bluesapalooza
Mammoth Lakes, California
Mammoth's Festival of Beers features more than 70 of the country's best microbreweries. Along with the beer and blues, a "Blues-style" BBQ and plenty of other food will satisfy the heartiest of appetites and keep the party going. Don't forget the Sunday Morning Hangover Party.

Watsonville, California
Tens of thousands flock to historic downtown Watsonville to enjoy delicious food, exciting carnival rides, wonderful entertainment, contests and, of course, tasty strawberry treats.

August 12, 2012  Central Coast Chili Festival - Arroyo Grande, California
Western theme chili festival and cook-off with arts & crafts booths, food booths, children's games, beer & wine, and car show.

August 18, 2012  Way Out West BBQ Championship - Stockton, California
Annual Taste of San Joaquin and Way Out West BBQ Championship bring BBQ teams, local restaurants, and thousands of visitors to Downtown Stockton every year since 2008. $1 tasting of Championship BBQ and the finest faire from locally owned restaurants is available. A full line of live rock music, and activities for kids are on site. Admission is only $3 per person and kids 12 and under are free with paid adult.

August 18, 2012  Annual Taste of San Joaquin  - Stockton, California
