January 29-30, 2011 Winter Festival / Beaujolais Release - Litchfield, Connecticut Our second release of our Estate Grown Beaujolais wine. Its a French tradition, a mild, fruity red wine to get the population through the winter. Come enjoy the Beaujolais festivities without having to go to France!.
February 26, 2011 9th Annual "Woofs, Wines & Felines" - Ridgefield, Connecticut Wine tasting, gourmet food and raffle. All proceeds go to the Ridgefield Operation for Animal Rescue.
April 12, 2011 10th Annual Flavors of Connecticut - Plantsville, Connecticut The most unique culinary event in the state. Over 30 of Connecticut's top chefs and restaurants come together to help raise funds for liver disease awareness and education. Chefs prepare a five course meal with wine pairings to be prepared and served tableside for guests. Your evening includes a cocktail wine reception, silent and live auction, live entertainment, dinner and more.

There will also be gourmet foods, specialty brads, heirloom tomatoes, cocktail crackers, candy, gelato, jams and jellies, ice cream, quich, pastries, pies, croutons, marinara and bouillabase sauces and lunch food. Twenty percent of the sales will go to support St. John's Outreach Committee which benefits people in need and worthy projects throughout the area.
