Riverfront Food Truck Festival

July 15, 2017  Blueberry Fest - Middlefield, Connecticut
Join us for a day of sweet family fun as we celebrate everyone's favorite berry – our homegrown Blueberries! Come blueberry picking (we'll also have raspberries and jostaberries) and enjoy hours of family-oriented activities at the Apple Barrel, including Pony Rides and face painting. Taste of Hartford is back! Foodies and discount diners delight: the Greater Hartford Arts Council, in partnership with CTNOW, present Taste of Hartford, the city's premier restaurant event - two weeks of fine discount dining. Participating restaurants across Hartford will offer special multi-course, price-fixed tasting menus featuring their signature dishes.

July 29-August 27, 2017 - Sunflower Maze - Middlefield, Connecticut
Lose yourself amid 350,000 blooming red and yellow sunflowers; search for the exit along miles of pathways and enjoy fun trivia along the way! Experience Connecticut's original Sunflower Maze and help a great cause. $1 of each admission is donated to Connecticut Children's Medical Center.

July 20-21, 2012  Pick of the Crop - Washington Depot, Connecticut
A kitchen and garden tour of working vegetable gardens on July 21, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cocktail Party on July 20, 6 to 8 p.m. Chefs on site at the cocktail party and in selected kitchens the day of the tour. Special event for children -- Farmer McGregor's Garden. Boutique, Raffle, Boxed lunches. Tickets are $50/person for the Cocktail Party and $50/person for the tour. Boxed lunches, $20. Children under 12 are admitted free if accompanied by an adult.
