June 6, 2015  Paws for Rhythm and Brews
Idyllwild, California
Enjoy fine craft beers, an outstanding blues band, a giant BBQ, and a home brew demonstration all while helping raise funds for homeless dogs and cats.   This festival will be held in the stunning Idyllwild Nature Center in the cool, pristine mountains of San Jacinto.  Home brewers may enter the associated home brew competion.  All necessary info for this event may be found on the event website.


June 6-7, 2015  39th Annual Union Street Festival - San Francisco, Calif.
In its 39th year, this long standing San Francisco event will line six blocks of Union Street with unique “Worlds” including: Fashion World, Culinary World, Tech World, Local World, Craft World, and Health & Fitness World.  In addition, the Festival will host a number of Craft Beer and Wine Sampling Gardens. Each of the gardens will include decor based on their “World". The event brings exhibitors, sponsors, community groups, and festive food vendors together for an event that represents the city's diversity.

June 13-14, 2015  61st Annual North Beach Festival - San Francisco, Calif
In its 61st year, The North Beach Festival is considered one of the country's original outdoor Festivals.  The event is situated in the historic North Beach District, known to locals and visitors alike as San Francisco's Little Italy and the home of the famed beat generation. The Festival site includes numerous quaint streets in the heart of the district including Grant Avenue and Columbus Avenue.  The 2015 event will feature over 125 arts and crafts booths, 20 gourmet food booths, two stages of live entertainment, Italian street painting, beverage gardens, kid’s chalk art area and the blessing of the animals.  Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to participate in this San Francisco tradition which is known nationally and internationally.  Blessing of the Animals: The animal blessing at The National Shrine of Sain  t Francis of Assisi (610 Vallejo Street) will take place from 2:00 - 3:00 both days during the festival.  Kids' Chalk Art Area: Let your kids creativity shine in North Beach and buy a square and street chalk at our kids chalk art area on Vallejo St between Grant Ave & Columbus from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM both days.

The 36th Annual Ocean Beach Street Fair & Chili Cook-Off Festival will offer attendees eclectic fun in the sun that's great for all ages.  Join more than 65,000 visitors for tasty festival nosh, art, beachfront entertainment, shopping and more.  The Chili Competition will feature more than two dozen tastings from amateur entrants competing for the titles of Hottest Chili, Judges' Award and Grand Prize: People's Choice Award.  Attendees of all ages can take part in creating the annual Street Fair Community Mural.

This annual festival features a five acre lavender farm in full bloom. June 27-28, 2015  32nd Annual San Anselmo Art & Wine Festival
San Anselmo, California

June 6-7, 2014  38th Annual Monterey Wine Festival - Monterey, Calif
Now in its 38th year The Monterey Wine Festival continues to evolve into a platform designed for the regional wine industry and the community of wine lovers.  Spirits, Beers, and world class chowders make this a not to be missed gathering.  Other bites of joy just enhance this already established flavor experience.  One can only imagine what else you would need to feel more bliss.  Another successful addition to the festival this year is the 5th Annual West Coast Chowder Competition.  Professional chefs from the Western Coast will come to compete and chowder lovers will pay homage to their special creations. Clam, Seafood and Creative Chowders are the categories that make up the contest and the big copper pot award goes to the Best of Show along with a cash prize.  Guests can sample or buy a cup of chowder, pick their own personal favorites and vote for the people’s choice award comparing their palettes to the judges.  Wines t  hat pair with chowders will also be available to sample.  On Sunday the celebration continues with another addition new to the festival -  Calamari and Mussels! Throughout the day different seafood’s are released to the guests so that one can receive a beautiful seafood experience alongside an array of international cheeses and charcuterie and more.  Guests continue the celebration with a completely mouth-watering experience from both the wineries, spirits and beers and purveyors of food.   Along with all these festival ingredients live music is the final sensation that further ensures a ultimate winning combination. June 7, 2014  Davis BeerFest 2014 - Davis, California
The 10th annual Davis Beerfest features food, live music, brewery tours, a commemorative glass, and the opportunity to sample some of the 100 handcrafted beers available for tasting.  Proceeds benefit Citizens Who Care, a nonprofit organization that strives to improve the quality of life of the frail elderly and their families through social support programs and respite services.

Avila Beach, California
The 3rd Annual Central Coast Oyster & Music Festival has announced its new home in city of Avila Beach.  The Festival has been voted by Fox News as #4 of the Top Ten Oyster Festivals in the nation and is the largest Oyster Festival on the West Coast. The Festival will feature a range of amazing oyster preparations, the best wines, brews, exclusive cocktails, and a full lineup of knockout bands to play throughout the day under the most beautiful settings. June 13-16, 2014  23rd Annual Taste of Redwood Valley - Calpella, Calif
Each year a number of Redwood Valley wineries and a brandy distillery offer a special winemaker dinner on Friday featuring wonderful pairings of wines and brandy with hors d'oeuvres, dinner and dessert.  On Saturday & Sunday, visitors can meander along the back roads of Redwood Valley to each winery and distillery to taste library wines, unusual varietals, small production lots and experience the fun of tasting right out of the barrel. Guests will enjoy plentiful offerings of food, live music, and local farmers' market stands. Each winery is family owned and is unique in its setting, its wine and food presentations. Barbera is becoming more and more popular in California. Many California producers offer a varietal Barbera. Barbera is a great food wine yet quite enjoyable on its own. Still, Barbera remains fairly obscure. The festival aims to bring Barbera to the attention of the general wine buying public. The event includes more than 80 California wineries, gourmet food, live music and local artists.
