BURGERS A LA FRANCAISE

Serves 4.

1 pound lean ground pork
2 tablespoons red wine
1 crushed garlic clove
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4-8 ounces Brie cheese
 

Cooking Directions
In medium bowl, mix pork, red wine , garlic, and pepper; pat into four patties.

Grill over medium hot coals about 5 minutes on each side, until an instant read thermometer reads 160 degrees F.; before removing from grill add a wedge of Brie cheese to each burger.

Close grill hood, let cheese melt about 1 minute.

Serve burgers open faced on grilled Italian bread.

Serve with sliced garden-ripe tomatoes & red onion, Potato Salad and fresh nectarines
