October 11-13, 2019 - BBQ and Blues Festival - Clermont, Florida
Get ready for a major Clash of the BBQ Titans! We've invited five of the nation’s top BBQ Rib Competitors from all around the country to compete in an epic battle for the top spot as the Lakeridge Winery "Rib King". While you’re feasting on delicious BBQ you can enjoy LIVE music on our outdoor stage with some of the area’s top Blues Bands, plus some great solo acts inside at our Our Wine & Cheese Bar. We'll have a large assortment of Arts & Craft vendors set up offering a wide variety of art and hand crafted items. October 14-16, 2019  DiRoNA Week 2019 - Tampa, Florida
The Distinguished Restaurants of North America (DiRoNA) is excited to welcome you to join fellow restaurateurs, chefs, and our partners for three days showcasing the best Tampa has to offer. DiRoNA Week includes exciting excursions and networking along with culinary experiences at some of Tampa’s finest DiRoNA Awarded restaurants including Armani’s.  Tampa’s rich history will be highlighted with a cigar factory and brewery tours in Ybor City, while the city’s transformed downtown waterfront will be enjoyed by riverboat and at the all-new Armature Works where attendees will compete as teams in a culinary contest.  Three exciting days will conclude with a gala dinner at the World Famous Columbia Restaurant which will feature DiRoNA’s annual presentations followed by a captivating performance by the Columbia Restaurant Dance Troupe!

October 18-19, 2019  12th Annual Taste of the Beach
Pensacola, Florida
The Festival kicks off Friday night with a special progressive VIP Dinner that will transport diners to four of the island's best restaurants via trolley. 

 

Saturday’s day-long festival will take place October 19, from 10 am to 6 pm. The day is filled with chefs’ challenges, team cook offs, live music, tastings, restaurants’ signature dishes, a frozen zone, dining tent, hospitality tent, kids area, t-shirt sales and much more - all along the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of Pensacola Beach.  You’ll have so much fun you’ll want to stay the whole day. Entry is free for Saturday’s festival, with nearly two dozen restaurants showcasing their signature dishes for $5 each.

October 6, 2018 - North Central Florida Peanut Festival
Williston, Florida
First Saturday of October each year. The festival is truly everything peanuts: Arts & crafts, great food, rides for the children, petting zoo, entertainment, Little King, Queen & Baby Peanut Contest, dessert contest. (also: willistonfl.com )

October 6-7, 2018 - Datil Pepper Fall Festival - St. Augustine, Florida
UF/IFAS Extension St. Johns County Agricultural Center.  This annual  event celebrates the spicy little Datil Pepper.   There’ll be a variety of vendors, inside and out, showcasing their unique items for sale as well as rain barrels for sale, the popular Master Gardener plant sale, and a food court.  The Datil Pepper Restaurant Cook-off is on Saturday from 11:00am-1:00pm.  Local chefs will be offering their Datil inspired cuisine.  Purchase tickets for $1 each, then sample the dishes and vote for your favorite in each category (appetizer and entree).

October 13, 2018 - Grovetoberfest: Miami's Beer Festival
Miami, Florida
The LARGEST Craft Beer Festival in Florida!  Beer enthusiasts from all over will converge at Peacock Park in Coconut Grove for Grovetoberfest - a festival that allows guests to sample over 300 great beers from across the country and the world. Aficionados and the “casual beer fan” will take an active role in beer sampling by voting for their favorite beers in three different categories. Entertainment stage. Homebrew Pavilion, a Kitchen Lab for beer/food pairings, a VIP area and a designated driver program.  Attendance: 7,000.

October 1, 2016 - Octoberfest at Marlin’s Park - Miami, Florida
South Florida’s biggest Octoberfest returns to Miami once again for it’s third annual year. For the past two years Octoberfest at Marlin’s Park, formerly known as BrickellFest, has executed the city’s most exciting examples of an Octoberfest party.  This time, making it’s home at Marlins Park, the festival is set to be the largest and most extravagent illustration of the German tradition this city has ever seen.  The event will include authentic German food, live music, carnival rides and games, and of coarse, plenty of different styles of beer to choose from.

October 8, 2016  Clayton's Crab Company's 4th Annual Seafood Festival - Rockledge, Florida
There will be a huge kids section with lots for kids to do like Panama Pearl's Pirate World Pirate Ship, Home Depot kids workshop, a golf pro, Jr. Mad Scientist, Safari Todd Unlimited will have live reptiles for kids to touch and hold, face painting, and much more. We have 2 live bands performing Micah Read (American Idol) and Coco Locos. We will have a car show, over 50 vendors from around the state of Florida, and lots of food vendors from some of the best restaurants in Brevard such as The Fat Snook and Crush XI. We have over 40 acres of parking with 2 golf carts carrying people from their cars to the festival entrance. This event is kid friendly, free admission and free parking. October 4, 2015  9th Annual Sea Turtle Festival - St. Augustine, Florida
Keepers of the Coast host the Annual Sea Turtle Festival from noon to 5 p.m. at the St. Augustine Municipal Marina.  The family-oriented festival features live music, conservation and wildlife education tables, great food by Dirty Bird Winds, beer from SweetWater brewery and local art work from local artisans.  There is a suggested donation of $2 per person and all proceeds fund annual local beach clean-up efforts and summer education programs.

October 18, 2015  Oktoberfest - St. Augustine, Florida
The event, to be held at Francis Field, will kick off at 11AM and conclude at 8PM.  Oktoberfest will feature traditional food including bratwurst, sauerkraut, pretzels, as well as German and domestic beers and even desserts.  Oktoberfest will also include a stage within a biergarten tent where bands will entertain throughout the day. A wide range of arts and crafts with local and regional significance will be offered, as well as child-related activities to include a bounce house, face painting and other activities for families.

October 24, 2015  6th Annual OceanWise - An Evening for the Estuaries
Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida
The Friends of the GTM Reserve will be hosting their 5th annual OceanWise - An Evening for the Estuaries. This fund-raiser supports the mission of protecting and preserving our ocean and estuary resources. This exciting event will take place overlooking the Guana River as guests sample sustainable seafood dishes from area restaurants.
