That means we are going to take everything you have always loved about Garlic Fest and make it bigger and better than ever before! A beautiful 726 acre park, with easy access from I95, onsite parking and a relaxing 48-acre campground complete with all the amenities. Our Internationally Award Winning Event continues the tradition of THE signature food and entertainment event in South Florida. This popular food and entertainment event features national act entertainment, Gourmet Alley food area with over 80 garlic laced menu items, large children’s amusement area with rides, over 200 artist and craft vendors, Garlic Chef cooking competition, Cloves & Vines Wine Garden and full liquor bars. Founded by a group of local folks looking to establish a fund-raising source for local non-profit organizations, the event relies on volunteer organizations to staff the event. That non-profit organization has reached a milestone this year donating over $585,000 and proudly continues to grow its charitable donations each year.

ShrimpFest & Craft Brew Hullabaloo is a joint effort of the Sebastian Rotary Club, the Fellsmere Exchange Club and the Florida Aquaculture Association. Net proceeds raised from ShrimpFest will benefit local youth sports teams and participating non-profit organizations throughout North Indian River County.

This premier chili competition is sanctioned by the Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI). Since its inception, CASI has sanctioned thousands of Cook-offs and has raised millions of dollars for charities — and this tradition continues here in Orlando. The Orlando Chili Cook Off, which began as a small gathering of friends and chili-lovers, has now become a regional event attracting cooks and attendees throughout Central Florida and the southeastern states. Teams can win trophies and prizes for the best CASI chili or the best open chili categories. Also, a best-in-showmanship award will be presented for the most entertaining chili team.

For 50 years LaBelle has been celebrating swamp cabbage with a down-home festival. Sample dishes made with swamp cabbage (also known as hearts of palm), which comes from the state tree, the sabal or cabbage palm. The event includes a parade, motorcycle & car shows, entertainment, a carnival, a 5-K run, a bass tournament, a rodeo, and the "Grasscar" lawnmower race.
