Dressing1 Teaspoon Garlic -- minced1/3 Cup Mayonnaise1/3 Cup Sour cream1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander1/2 Teaspoon Cumin1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper 20 Ounces Pineapple -- chopped1 1/2 Pounds Cooked Chicken -- chunks1/2 Cup Cucumber, peeled chopped1/2 Cup Celery -- sliced1/2 Cup Raisins1/2 Cup Almonds, Slivers -- toasted3 Tablespoons Scallions -- sliced 10 Cups Salad Greens[1) Combine ingredients for dressing and mix well.[2) Combine ingredients for salad and toss with Dressing.Serve on plates lined with salad greens.
