159th Mississippi State Fair
The Mississippi State Fair means something different to each individual. To some, it is about entertainment like the carnival rides and concerts. For others, it means the opportunity to participate in one of the many competitions such as the livestock shows. No matter what makes this 12-day extravaganza special to you, the Mississippi State Fair has something to offer those of all ages. Over the years, the State Fair has evolved and expanded to enhance the fairgoers’ experience, but it remains true to its strong agricultural heritage by continuing to offer fun-filled, family entertainment.
