Ingredients: • 4 medium Vidalia Onions sliced in 1/4 inch rings • 2 eggs beaten • 1/2-3/4 cup milk • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese • 1/2 cup butter or margarine • 15 saltine crackers, crushed • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in container of a food processor; top with cover and process until smooth.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Serve with any green salad.
