October 3-6, 2019  Cedaredge Applefest - Cedaredge, Colorado
Always, the first weekend of October, Cedaredge comes alive with music, food, art and more. Originally called Harvest Festival, AppleFest's main theme is the celebration of one great fall event - the apple harvest. We still celebrate the apple harvest, but with small town flair, we stretch it out a few days. Thousands of locals and visitors flock to Cedaredge to enjoy over 150 booths, classic car show, antique tractor show, and much more.

Mile High Stadium.  Enjoy an evening dining on delicious eats from some of Denver’s best restaurants while sipping on a variety of Wine and Spirits.  Enjoy an evening dining on delicious culinary creations from some of Denver’s best restaurants as well as fine wine and spirits to satisfy your palate, benefiting the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD). Corks & Forks is an evening of fine wine and delicious cuisine prepared by renowned Denver area chefs plus live music and a silent auction in an incredible atmosphere.

Trick-or-Treat on the Riverwalk - Pueblo, Colorado
Kick off your Halloween here at the Riverwalk where children can Trick-or-Treat in a fun and safe environment. Last year we had a great turnout and we’re expecting even more trick-or-treaters and vendors this year. Start thinking of an awesome costume for the costume contest which features over $500 worth in prizes.  Candy will be handed out beginning at 4:00 PM and will last until the candy is gone.  Time: 4:00 PM - Location: Riverwalk Pathway and Welcome Center - Admission: FREE.

October 6, 2018 - Penrose Apple Day - Penrose, Colorado
Celebrated for over 80 years, the event features a parade and live entertainment throughout the day. Always the first weekend in October

October 6-7, 2018 - 43rd Annual Cider Days - Lakewood, Colorado
Lakewood Heritage Center.  Honoring the region’s agricultural heritage, this unique festival features fresh pressed and organic cider. The event also includes Baking Challenge, the state’s largest antique and vintage tractor pull, live entertainment, a petting zoo, wagon rides, amusements and activities for children, historic demonstrations and museum tours.  Admission covers all activities and entertainment.  Adult Tickets: $8  Children (ages 3 – 12): $5.

October 12-13, 2018 - Pumpkin Festival - Littleton, Colorado
Enjoy a day of fall activities at Chatfield Farms. Ticket price includes access to the 10-acre pumpkin patch and family and children’s activities. Pumpkin prices vary by size; the average price is $8. It is recommended to bring a wagon to transport pumpkins. Free pumpkin daycare is available while you enjoy the rest of the festival.

October 20, 2018 - Haunted Brew Fest - Colorado Springs, Colorado
The Haunted Brew Fest team has worked tirelessly preparing for one of the most unique brew fest’s Colorado Springs has ever seen!  Our beer list is long enough and it’s time to let this Halloween party spread its wings and fly. We couldn’t be more pleased with the lineup of breweries that have joined the movement to put on an amazing craft beer experience this October. The Haunted Brew Fest will feature over 100 beers from 40 of the best breweries around the region, along with more surprises.  General Admission tickets are only $25.

October 20, 2018 - Halloween Harvest Festival
Westminster, Colorado
This FREE, family-friendly event is bigger and better than ever because this year, it will now be combined with another one of Westminster’s signature events—the annual Westy Fest that is usually held each August.  Bring the whole family to kick off the fall season with free carnival games, trick-or-treating, a hot-air balloon glow, live musical performances by local bands, a beer garden, food trucks, arts and crafts, jumping castles, local vendors, a bonfire and a BBQ competition. You can even pick out the perfect pumpkin at the pumpkin patch!

In partnership with the Bristol Bay Regional Seafood Development Association (BBRSDA), we're teaming up with Member chefs Kyle Mendenhall (The Kitchen Denver, CO), William Dissen (The Market Place, NC), and Johnny Anderes (The Kitchen Chicago, IL) to offer two educational hands-on Story of Sockeye salmon workshops and tasting events for chefs and food professionals in Denver and Chicago this October.
