July 8-10, 2016  AEA National Convention - Aurora, Colorado
Emu farmers from across the United States and around the world will attend the 3 day American Emu Association (AEA) National Convention  AEA members along with other emu growers, will meet for 3 days of education and demonstrations with a chance to meet new people and visit with old friends.  Also "Eggs'travaganza" Egg Art Contest.

July 8-17, 2016 - Gunnison Cattlemen's Days - Gunnison, Colorado
Colorado's oldest and longest running rodeo. Livestock show, parade and more. Tough Enough to Wear Pink top fund raiser for breast cancer awareness. PCRA sanctioned rodeo.

July 9, 2016  Breckenridge Summer Beer Festival
Breckenridge, Colorado
11th annual Breckenridge Summer Beer Festival.  This event offers brews, views and free live music and features unlimited beer tasting.

July 11, 2016  Good Ol’ Summertime Ice Cream Social & Pie Baking Contest - Manitou Springs, Colorado
Each year members of the community compete in the pie baking contest and enjoy scoops of homemade ice cream.  From 5:30pm until 8:00pm neighbors, friends, and guests can enjoy their homemade desserts and socialize.  Two fruit pies from each contest participant are judged by 3 respected individuals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. One slice of pie is $2.00 and a generous scoop of old fashioned ice cream is only $1.00. The pies are supplied by contest participants and are served until there is none left. Get to the pavilion early for prime seating spots and your choice of pie. The judging of the pies starts at 5:00pm and at 5:30pm the treats will be sliced and served.

Features meetings of the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Research Board, American National CattleWomen, Inc. and National Cattlemen's Foundation. Here cattle industry members will meet in both NCBA Policy committees and subcommittees, as well as Joint committees and subcommittees to discuss current developments, to work on initiatives developed at Convention and to make plans for the upcoming fiscal year.

July 22-23, 2016  Summer Brew Fest - Denver, Colorado
The fest will celebrate craft beverages from around Colorado and other U.S. microbrews and will feature live local music, food, and other vendors. This event benefits Swallow Hill Music Association.

July 28-31, 2016  Crested Butte Wine & Food Festival
Crested Butte, Colorado
Featuring a selection of seminars, fine dining winemaker dinners, a Farm to Table dinner, champagne brunch, and more, there is something for everyone. The signature event, the Grand Tasting, presents over 500 select wines from 25 wineries and distributors, food demonstrations, and this year, artists painting en plein air throughout the venue.

July 31, 2016  Fiddles, Vittles & Vino XII - Colorado Springs, Colorado
An annual event at the Rock Ledge Ranch Historic site, featuring live bluegrass music and a tasting involving fine local restaurants as well as a plethora of wine and beer vendors. Proceeds from the festival are donated to Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site.

July 12, 2014  Snowmass Culinary Festival
Snowmass Village, Colorado
Delicious Food, Wine, and Spirits presented against the backdrop of spectacular high alpine scenery, this Rocky Mountain culinary festival features celebrity chefs, and cooking demonstrations. The highlight of the festival is the Palate of Pairings featuring small plates from local chefs paired with wines & spirits, all set in the scenic mountain splendor of Snowmass Village.

July 28, 2014  TrashFish Denver - Denver, Colorado
What happens when award-winning chefs Mike Lata, Stephen Stryjewski, and Michael Leviton walk into a Denver bar? Ok, they're technically walking into a Denver restaurant and teaming up for the night to host a Trash Fish Dinner with the incredible culinary talent of Boulder and Denver.  Chef Kelly Whitaker, of Boulder's Basta and Denver's Cart-Driver, is the mastermind behind this Trash Fish Dinner. In addition to working tirelessly with our Boulder/Denver community on the upcoming Sustainable Food Summit, he has put together a dream team of chefs for this special event! Seattle Fish Co. is graciously providing the underutilized fish species.
