The 2-hour Palette of Pairings features specialty foods by local restaurants and chefs, individually paired with a variety of fine wines and spirits. July 27, 2012 Summer Brew Fest - Denver, Colorado The fest will celebrate craft beverages from around Colorado and other U.S. microbrews and will feature live local music, food, and other vendors. This event benefits Swallow Hill Music Association.
July 29, 2012 Fiddles, Vittles & Vino - Colorado Springs, Colorado An annual event at the Rock Ledge Ranch Historic site, featuring live bluegrass music and a tasting involving fine local restaurants as well as a plethora of wine and beer vendors. Proceeds from the festival are donated to Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site.
