• 1 Cup Oil • 2 Cups Soy sauce • 1/3 Cup Brown sugar • 6 Garlic Cloves -- minced • 1/4 Cup Sherry • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Ginger Root
Combine and mix well.
SAUCE 2
• 3 Cups Pineapple juice • 1 1/2 Cups Soy sauce • 1 Cup Lemon juice • 4 Garlic cloves -- minced • 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
