BARBECUE SAUCE
2 Pounds Onions -- minced 6 Whole Garlic Clove -- minced 1/2 Cup Bacon Fat 1/2 Cup Ketchup 1/2 Cup Chili Sauce 1 Cup Tomato Puree 2 Cups Tomatoes, Diced 1 1/2 Cups Tomato Juice 1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar 1/4 Cup Dark Rum 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt 2 Teaspoons Celery Salt 1 Tablespoon Oregano 2 1/2 Tablespoons Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon Marjoram 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt 3 Whole Bay Leaves -- crushed 2 Teaspoons Onion Salt 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar 1/4 Teaspoon Tobasco Sauce 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves -- ground
[1) Brown Onion and Garlic in Bacon Fat. Drain.
[2) Combine all ingredients and mix well. Simmer 15 minutes.
