2 Pounds Onions -- minced6 Whole Garlic Clove -- minced1/2 Cup Bacon Fat1/2 Cup Ketchup1/2 Cup Chili Sauce1 Cup Tomato Puree2 Cups Tomatoes, Diced 1 1/2 Cups Tomato Juice1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar1/4 Cup Dark Rum1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt2 Teaspoons Celery Salt1 Tablespoon Oregano2 1/2 Tablespoons Paprika1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper1/2 Teaspoon Marjoram3 Tablespoons Chili Powder1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt3 Whole Bay Leaves -- crushed2 Teaspoons Onion Salt1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar1/4 Teaspoon Tobasco Sauce1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves -- ground[1) Brown Onion and Garlic in Bacon Fat. Drain. [2) Combine all ingredients and mix well. Simmer 15 minutes.
