September 5-9, 2023 57th Annual Potato Bowl USA Grand Forks, North Dakota Potato Bowl USA is a weeklong festival teaming the University of North Dakota and the Red River Valley potato growing industry. It was created in 1965. This week is filled with awesome events like the World's Largest French Fry Feed & Fireworks dispay on Thursday, along with a Potato Pancake Breakfast, Parade, Tailgate Party and University of North Dakota Football Game.

September 28-Oct 1, 2022 Norsk Hostfest - Minot, North Dakota North America's largest Scandinavian festival with crafts, folk dancing and lots of Nordic grub like klub (potato dumplings), ponnukokur (Icelandic pancakes) and lutefisk (pungent fish dish).
October 22-29, 2022 34th Annual Kenmare GooseFest Kenmare, North Dakota GooseFest has something for Everyone!! Kenmare, the "Snow Goose Capital of North Dakota" is the hunting haven of the north with snow goose counts being over 250,000 birds at times. Canada honkers are prevalent with some 12 to 14 pounders being bagged.

November 25-December 10, 2022 Dickens Village Festival Garrison, North Dakota Garrison is the official Christmas Capitol of North Dakota. Garrison’s Dickens Village Festival will delight and entertain families from across North Dakota, eastern Montana and southern Canada. The event turns a community of 1,500 into a quaint Victorian town from the era of Charles Dickens’. Beginning Thanksgiving week, the Dickens Village Festival runs three consecutive Fridays and Saturdays and the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Nov 26-27; Dec 3-4 & 10-11, 2021.
November 29-30, 2022 Northern Ag Expo - Fargo, North Dakota Regional agricultural exhibition sponsored by the North Dakota Agricultural Association held at the Fargodome.
December 2-4, 2022 Medora's Old Fashioned Cowboy Christmas Medora, North Dakota Annual Family Fun Weekend. A unique way to celebrate Christmas and a great reason to visit Medora in the winter. Holiday activities kick off Friday evening and the fun continues through the weekend with great food, fun, holiday activities, and lively music.
December 3, 2022 Christmas on the Prairie West Fargo, North Dakota Bonanzaville, Cass County Historical Society. This annual event is an old-fashioned celebration of Christmas tradition. We have our beautifully decorated village complete with cookie decorating, Christmas carolers, horse drawn wagon rides, an ugly sweater competition, musical performances, Christmas desserts and beverages, Christmas Stories, demonstrators, vendors, and photos with Santa.
