16th Annual Pork & Brew
Rio Rancho, New Mexico
Come out and enjoy this terrific family friendly event with live entertainment, arts and crafts, fun jumps, magic show, and of course plenty of award winning BBQ. With more than 15,000 in attendance last year, it has become one of the largest events in New Mexico. Attendance: 15,000.

Larry Joe Taylor's "Hot Chili Days, Cool Mountain Nights" Music Festival & Cook-off, featuring the "Red River Red" CASI Chili Cook-off, the "New Mexico State Green Chile Championship," and a Lone Star BBQ Society Cook-off.
August 17, 2019 Bosque Chile Festival - Albuquerque, New Mexico
A celebration of food, art, and culture on the Rio Grande. Join in the celebration of the chile harvest at the National Hispanic Cultural Center. This event will offer entertainment, kids’ activities, arts and crafts vendors, food trucks, beer, wine, , agricultural workshops, chef demonstrations and more. No pets allowed; service animals only. August 31-Sept 1, 2019 Hatch Valley Chile Festival - Hatch, New Mexico
The annual festival will include music, a parade, chile eating contests, fine art show, and rope and bullwhip show. Festival goers can sample famed chile recipes, watch the crowning of the chile festival queen, or toss a horseshoe in celebration of our most famous crop. The event also features chile ristra contests, artisan and food booths, and a carnival. Attendance: 30,000.
August 31-Sept 2, 2019 Harvest Wine Fest - Albuquerque, New Mexico
Balloon Fiesta Park. Celebrate harvest season with 20 of New Mexico’s top wineries as they uncork over 100 of their finest wines for you to taste and take home. Meet the wine makers, and enjoy fine food and great live music, in cool shade and comfort.

Southern New Mexico State Fairground. Join us in celebrating New Mexico's grape harvest with daily grape stompings, free wine tastings, live entertainment, arts and crafts vendors, children's activities, hourly wine seminars and a great relaxed atmosphere!

Annual Pie Town Pie Festival
Pie Town, New Mexico
The Pie Town Annual Pie Festival includes a pie-baking contest, games and races, music, food, arts and crafts, and pie, pie, pie. Admission is free and parking is easy. The festival is held in Jackson Park each year and is a great opportunity to visit with friends, both old and new. The Festival is organized and operated by the Pie Town Community Council, and is our main fund-raising event.

Celebrate the harvest during this annual festival at El Rancho de las Golondrinas, a living history museum dedicated to the heritage and culture of Spanish Colonial New Mexico. Learn to string chile ristras, crush wine grapes by foot and grind sorghum with the help of burros. Arts & crafts, music.
October 10-13, 2019 30th Annual Lincoln County Cowboy Symposium
Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico
Each year at the Lincoln County Cowboy Symposium there is ALWAYS stellar entertainment, A Chuckwagon Cook-Off, great family fun, and ALWAYS a great exhibition of western wares with over 100 vendors and their unique products for you to buy. Plus mounted shooting competition and equestrian demonstrations.
October 11-13, 2019 - Annual Oktoberfest - Red River, New Mexico
The annual Oktoberfest at Brandenburg Park includes microbreweries (with voting for the best brews), food and craft vendors, German “OOMPAH” Polka music, activities for kids, a “Pub Crawl” and contests like Miss & Mr. Oktoberfest, stein holding, chicken dance, yodeling, brat eating and the Keg Karry! Admission is FREE and you can buy your commemorative taster mug or stein when you get to the park.
