July 1-3, 2017  14th Annual Pork & Brew State BBQ Championship
Rio Rancho, New Mexico
Come out and enjoy this terrific family friendly event with live entertainment, arts and crafts, fun jumps, magic show, and of course plenty of award winning BBQ. Pork & Brew is a fully sanctioned Kansas City BBQ Society event and is one of the top 10 events on the Society calendar. With more than 15,000 in attendance last year, it has become one of the largest events in New Mexico.  Attendance: 15,000.

Larry Joe Taylor's "Hot Chili Days, Cool Mountain Nights" Music Festival & Cook-off, featuring the "Red River Red" CASI Chili Cook-off, the "New Mexico State Green Chile Championship," and a Lone Star BBQ Society Cook-off

September 2-3, 2017  Hatch Valley Chile Festival - Hatch, New Mexico
The annual festival will include music, a parade, chile eating contests, fine art show, and rope and bullwhip show.

September 2-4, 2017  Harvest Wine Fest - Albuquerque, New Mexico
Balloon Fiesta Park.  Celebrate harvest season with 20 of New Mexico’s top wineries as they uncork over 100 of their finest wines for you to taste and take home.  Meet the wine makers, and enjoy fine food and great live music, in cool shade and comfort.

September 7-17, 2017  New Mexico State Fair - Albuquerque, New Mexico
Highlights of the annual fair will include agricultural exhibits, livestock shows & demonstrations, concerts, competitions, carnival midway, and art.

September 27-Oct 1, 2017  27th Annual Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta
Santa Fe, New Mexico
Featuring master sommeliers and James Beard Award-winning chefs from 100 national wineries and 75 of Santa Fe’s most acclaimed restaurants for five days of guest chef winery luncheons, cooking demonstrations, wine seminars, wine dinners, tastings and luncheons.  The fiesta will culminate with the Grand Tasting at the legendary Santa Fe Opera where all participating restaurants and wineries will serve delectable samples underneath the starry New Mexican sky. Now on sale, ticket prices vary by event and start at $75.

October 6-8, 2017 - Annual Oktoberfest - Red River, New Mexico
The annual Oktoberfest at Brandenburg Park includes microbreweries (with voting for the best brews), food and craft vendors, German “OOMPAH” Polka music, activities for kids, a “Pub Crawl” and contests like Miss & Mr. Oktoberfest, stein holding, chicken dance, yodeling, brat eating and the Keg Karry! Admission is FREE and you can buy your commemorative taster mug or stein when you get to the park.

September 10, 2016  36th Annual Pie Town Festival
Pie Town, New Mexico
The Pie Town Annual Pie Festival includes a pie-baking contest, games and races, music, food, arts and crafts, and pie, pie, pie. Admission is free and parking is easy. The festival is held in Jackson Park each year and is a great opportunity to visit with friends, both old and new.  The Festival is organized and operated by the Pie Town Community Council, and is our main fund-raising event.

October 1-2, 2016  Harvest Festival - Santa Fe, New Mexico
Celebrate the harvest during this annual festival at El Rancho de las Golondrinas, a living history museum dedicated to the heritage and culture of Spanish Colonial New Mexico. Learn to string chile ristras, crush wine grapes by foot and grind sorghum with the help of burros. Arts & crafts, music.

October 6-9, 2016  Sierra County Fair 2016

November 16-20, 2016 - North American Biodynamic Conference 2016
Santa Fe, New Mexico
The North American Biodynamic Conference is the foremost event for biodynamic education, networking, and community building on the continent. Every other year, hundreds of farmers, gardeners, educators, activists, and interested newcomers gather in a new region for inspiring keynotes, informative workshops, networking, exhibits, entertainment, and organic and biodynamic foods.

October 13, 2013  Local Food Festival and Field Day - Albuquerque, NM
A celebration of food from the ground up, highlighting local food and agriculture in our region. The festival is organized by the MRCOG Agriculture Collaborative in partnership with a variety of local groups and organizations. The Food Festival will serve as the launch for Local Food Week, an event sponsored by Edible Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Taos. This means that the festival will be followed by a week of local food-related activities. - Workshops and lectures about canning and other food preservation techniques, gardening/farming, seed saving, curanderismo (folk healing), New Mexico's farming history and culture, and more! - Music, tastings, readings, and activities for kids.

July 16-17, 2010  Taste of Santa Fe 2010 - Santa Fe, New Mexico
The Taste of Santa Fe returns in July 2010 with a new local food twist and bigger-than-ever community celebration. It will be held at the History Museum and will have a celebrity chef in attendance.
