St. Elias Food & Cultural Festival
Birmingham, Alabama
Many traditional Lebanese foods, cultural booths, Lebanese dancing and entertainment. Held at St. Elias Maronite Church

April 13, 2024 - Annual Mobile Chocolate Festival - Mobile, Alabama
All proceeds from the Festival go to support the mission of Penelope House.  The mission of Penelope House is to provide safety, protection, and support to the victims of Domestic Violence and their children through the provision shelter, advocacy, and individual and community education.

April 13-14, 2024  35th Annual Baldwin County Strawberry Festival
Loxley, Alabama
Highlights will include crafts, food, games, and entertainment. Benefits the Loxley Elementary School and the Association of Retarded Citizens of Baldwin County.  Attendance: 80,000.

April 26-28, 2024  Interstate Mullet Toss and Gulf Coast's Greatest Beach Party - Orange Beach, Alabama
Usually held the last full weekend in April. Gates open 9:00 a.m. Children's toss at 10:00 a.m. Adults at noon. Fun, food and frivolity on the beach with other activities for the weekend including a bikini contest, a keg toss and tug of war.

April 13-14, 2018 - Alabama Farm & Poultry Expo and Spring Outdoor Show - Boaz, Alabama
The annual Alabama Farm & Poultry Expo - at the Boaz Outlet Center.  The Expo features all types of Farm & Poultry vendors, with everything new and innovative in farming. Arts & crafts, food court, children's area and entertainment. Farm sessions and demonstrations by the AL Farm Extension Service. Come spend the day or the week-end we'll give you something to crow about!  Contact the Boaz Area Chamber at 256-593-8154.

April 28, 2018  Alabama Winemakers and Grape Growers Association Conference - Huntsville, Alabama
Calling All Wine Makers And Fruit Growers! AWGGA invites you to join us at our Annual Spring Conference and wine competition awards banquet. Come enjoy the fellowship of both professional and amateur fruit growers and wine makers. Listen to experiences of members; learn from renowned guest speakers.  Educational sessions going on all day, ending with amateur winemaker awards presentations.

April 8-9, 2016 - 11th Annual Tri State BBQ Festival
Dothan, Alabama
April 8th.  BBQ Bash Yard Party.   Come dance the night away with the energetic and soulful sounds of Legacy. (Adult beverages available). Shopping with vendors and much more!   April 9th.  Sampling tents, arts/crafts and food vendors, kids activities and a BBQ competition with over $11,000 in prize money! Live music and more.

April 16, 2016  8th Annual BBQ for Building - Birmingham, Alabama
Teams will compete in a barbeque cook-off for the title of Grand Champion and their team being listed as sponsor for an upcoming Habitat home.   All proceeds go toward the funding of Habitat for Humanity’s housing programs. The event will feature live music by local band, great food and fun for all.
