Ham and Cheese Casserole Ingredients • 4 or 5 eggs, beaten • 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice • 1/2 cup milk • pinch of onion salt • 2 medium-sized raw potatoes, peeled and shredded, about 2 cups-worth • 1/2 cup chipped
Directions 1. In a bowl, combine eggs, cheese, milk and onion salt. Then add the shredded potatoes and the chipped ham.
2. Stir everything together well, and put into a greased 9x9 baking dish, or a 10" glass pie plate.
3. Bake at 350° for about 40-45 minutes, or until set, and knife inserted in center comes out clean. 4. Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
We like this dish for breakfast or for a light lunch.
