HAM ‘N RICE
Makes 4 Servings
• 2 cups rice, cooked • 1 pound (2 cups) ham, diced • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, grated • 1 (15.5-ounce) can peas, drained
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cut ham into cubes and mix with the cooked rice, grated cheddar cheese, and peas. Mix well, pour into baking dish.
3. Bake for 15 minutes.
