• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
• 1 dash pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk


Melt the butter in a saucepan.

2) Mix the flour, mustard, pepper, and salt in.

3) Using a whisk, stir in the milk.

4) Bring to simmer and let simmer for two minutes or until thickened.
